The price was great and the turnaround quick. I paid extra to upgrade the shirt, get a larger size, and get it in 3 business days. The shirt was ready in 1 or 2 days and only cost $25. And because they are local I could pick it up instead of having the extra time and expense to ship it. There was pickup window and I got my shirt in about 5 minutes. I wished I could have gone in and checked out the shirts on the wall, but the store was closed due to the pandemic. The shirt even came in a surprisingly nice box. Most of all, I was really pleased with how the shirt came out. The design was digitally printed on the shirt. The colors are correct and it looks pretty sharp. I was warned by a different company that it would not look good if done by digital printing. I don't know expect the print to last forever, but it looks liked I had hoped it would. The shirt itself is soft and seems to be good quality. I will definitely go back here the next time I have an idea for a shirt and would recommend to anyone who wanted a custom t-shirt. read more

My order had a little glitch which they fixed and went above and beyond to make it right. Word to the wise if you try to submit an order and your web page just keeps spinning "submitting order" call them and make sure they get your correct artwork and any notes you have for the order. Not very happy with my experience here. I ordered a T Shirt that I needed for a Halloween costume- it had to match the other pieces so the color was important. Even though I provided a high quality vector image of the logo, what I received was clearly not the same color- dark blue, not Royal purple. They had a closer color, but would only offer to charge me again to re-print it, after already paying $30+ for a single tank top, which was already pretty expensive. They could... should! Have consulted me and shown me the options since they knew they didn't have the right color. To tell me afterwards I have to pay more to fix it? Bad practice. The more I look at the shirt, the sadder I get. It's just poor quality. Shoddy print, shoddy colors... It makes me upset that this is what I am left with. If I had any time, I'd pay again to get it re-done at another vendor. Next time I'll stick with Strange Cargo. read more

The order was completed earlier than promised and I was able to roll up and pick it up. Parking in an around the area is very special...since it's near a busy intersection and there is only parking on one side of the street. There is a 15 min flasher parking right in front, but can get full from other peeps picking up and delivery trucks dropping off...so be prepared to drive around. I've used OHT before and didn't have a problem, but my recent order went almost 2 weeks without being responded to. I called today and found out the agent assigned to my order is out of office and has been for nearly a week. There is no way to have your project re-assigned to someone without filling out the form again. Filling out the form again is a huge inconvenience and not receiving an option to get re-assigned based on the date I needed the shirts done is very unprofessional. It would be nice to see this business have a location on the other side of the city to serve clients also. Seems all the businesses that are built based on convenience never make it to the south/southeast side of the city. read more

I created a complicated picture with Photoshop using Leonardo da Vinci's "Creation of Adam" with an elaborate biblical quote and the reproduction was very nice. The entire thing was well placed. The product was done earlier than expected. It would be a nice touch on their part if they took the product out of the box and showed it to me prior to my leaving. I did that on my own. Anyone who considers themselves a wrestling fan is familiar with One Hour Tees. I have been a regular customer of the online store (www.prowrestlingtees.com) for a few years now as long as a subscriber to there pro wrestling crate subscription service. Thanks to "All In" I was in Chicago over the weekend and finally got a chance to stop by the brick and mortar store, something I've wanted to do since day one. The store itself is not massive but offers at least 100+ shirts in store for wrestlers like Colt Cabana, The Bullet Club, Scott Steiner, Andre The Giant, Chaos, and a ton others. I picked up a few of the special in-store micro brawlers, a Marty Scrull hat, the Chaos Chicago shirt, and a Chicago Bullet Club shirt for my girlfriend. The only problem is that the Bullet Club shirt was folded and ended up having a hole on the back of the shirt. I don't necessarily blame them as things happen when you product as many shirts as they do, I only wish I noticed before driving back to Buffalo. Overall, this is the best place in the world to buy or make shirts if you are a wrestling fan. On top of the awesome merchandise in the store they also have meet and greets with wrestlers from time to time which makes the store that much cooler. 5 stars! read more

They need to change their name!! I was in here before the pandemic, and it was such a pleasant experience. I walked in, an employee quickly whipped up a cute design for our shirt, I was able to pick from a wide variety of shirt colors, and came back in an hour to get my shirts. It's NOT like that anymore. I naively went to the store front, thinking I could do the same thing as before, but now they won't even let you in, and all orders are placed on line. Well, this is already a hassle, as now my time to get my shirts is already going up, since I need to design my own logo on the fly, fill out the on-line form, and wait for an employee to mail you back that they received your order. PLUS, when filling out the on-line form, I was informed that there would be an up-charge if I actually wanted my shirts within an hour. Ugh. So I get an email confirming that my order has been assigned to an employee. I call the store to make sure they can accommodate printing something different on each of the 4 hoodies I ordered. I was told that the ONLY color hoodie they had in stock was black, and that the image I had uploaded was blurry, and I would need to find another image. At that point I just cancelled my order. Ridiculous, One Hour Tees. If you are CALLING YOUR BUSINESS "ONE HOUR TEES," then I should be able to WALK IN, have an employee help me make sure my image is ok, and have my 4 hoodies printed on IN-STOCK material all WITHIN AN HOUR! read more

Had a great experience one One Hour Tees! I was making t-shirts for an intramural sports team, so I made one as a trial first to show the team and then followed up with the larger order. Everything went smoothly...from their emails and hat functions online to their quick and easy pickup, service was great. Quality was good and the printing was perfect. I had to make a tweak to the original shirt and that was no issue. Price-wise, if you're willing to wait a few days, prices are great. You pay more for multiple passes of ink, sizes greater than 2 XL and any extras, but that's to be expected. All in all, great work! Both times, my shirts were done early. I was referred to OHT from an old friend I used to volunteer/perform with. I sent an email inquiring for 8 shirts for my volleyball team (we have a semi complicated order---a combination of crew necks, tank tops, varying sizes, split between three different colors)... but Ryan was very patient in understanding our order and making sure it was right. Ashley took care of the invoice and payment. I received my invoice Monday morning, and the mock up just an hour later. Pick up was quoted 6-8 days as my team was in no rush. In fact, it was ready a day early (Monday), but I still picked it up Tuesday because that was the only time I could work around their 9-5 M-F business hours. Tried ordering from them 3 times. They were able to fulfill my order once and were late 2 weeks. I ordered with 1 week turnaround and they were able to get it to me 3 weeks later. I offered to pick up and they said it would take longer for that. Not sure how that makes sense. They should seriously consider changing their name to OneMonthTeees. They are constantly blaming COVID for a reason in delay. Their name is false advertising and they actually messed up the artwork I provided, and was still charged an artwork fee of $50. We went to use these services for a last minute Daytona 500 tee shirt, and were told that we'd have to pick the tee shirt up next day at 4:30. We stopped by the next day around 2:00 and were turned away- so just a warning they're VERY* prompt. Anyway we looked at the tee shirt and it looked like something I could have made if I had iron on sheets for my printer. It was a poorly blown up image and the colors are slightly faded due to the finish. I would use again in a pinch, however, if I needed anything with a more professional look, I would definitely find another company. Editing due to the inability to respond to ownership: when we walked in, we weren't offered any other upgrades or told that our low pixelated image would be just blown up. If that was an option, perhaps maybe your staff could have suggested it. read more

I was pretty impressed with the quality of the product for the price- which is GREAT (the lowest in Chicago for custom ts) and the customer service. The staff is professional, savvy, and sweet. They have clearly posed hours like most businesses (hey, us working slobs are people too! ha) but the online store is open 24/7 and the staff is willing to be flexible if you need a late pick up. The texture of the cotton could be softer and what the freak? No dog shirts or hoodies for printing? That's just a total waste. That makes no sense to me at all. One Hour Tees is such an awesome place. =) You can get whatever you want on a shirt by bringing in your own design or having one of the graphic artists whip something up. Everyone there is really friendly and really cares about your needs. One Hour Tees can pretty much print on anything you wear from tees to tanks to bottoms to undies.. YES underwear! I had Bella tank tops done for Halsted Tan and Spa and they turned out great. The colors on the tanks haven't faded one bit and are true to size. Oh! They are also able to print on dog clothes. As a life-long wrestling fan since the '90s, it's exciting to see a whole retail store dedicated to wrestling tees. The alure here is not only wrestling tees, but "artisinal" tees with designs signed off by the wrestlers (not "sports entertainers") themselves. The best part is the scope of wrestler merch. If you're a NJPW fan, an ROH fan, a PWG fan, an '80s wrestling fan, a wrestling meme fan or anything in between (I think I saw a Walter shirt? And a RevPro shirt?), you can find a shirt here. I stopped in for the first time the day after All In, and it was popping off. I picked up a very comfy Bullet Club hoodie, a Marty and Flip shirt, and one of the mystery boxes. Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. I've worked with this business multiple times each time they have screwed my order. One order had all shirts printed lopsided, another with stains, and a staff member's makeup. During the process of returning the shirts and asking that they be corrected, they gave us a refund but did not agree to correct the mistakes and told us to leave, as they 'couldn't meet our expectations'. Our expectations being that the shirts to match the mock-up they sent us...? BEWARE. Incredibly uprofessional...and honestly sad. AMAZING service. I almost never write reviews but couldn't pass up the opportunity to let everyone know how wonderful this place is. I was planning the fifth bachelorette party this year a couple months ago and was dragging my feet on organizing everything when I realised I had completely forgotten to order the t-shirts. I normally order these 4-6 weeks in advance and pay anywhere from $25-30 per shirt with 2-3 lines of custom font on one side. For my best friend's party- I knew she would like something poking fun at her fiancé so I found an embarrassing photo and sent it to one hour tees THREE days before the bachelorette. Immediately - I got a phone call and email asking more questions about the shirt I wanted. I only needed six but they charged me $20 for a really nice quality soft women's v neck tee with a large COLOR picture in the front and threw in some writing underneath it in any font/any size I wanted. Not only did they complete the job in less than 24 hours, they also gave me a lot of advice to make the shirt pop (i.e bring the most attention to the embarrassing pic hahah) and were so pleasant when I went to pick them up. Anyone who is thinking to make a custom shirt -- you cannot go wrong if you get it from here!! Love this place and can't wait to work with them again. I drove over 1 hours to get to this store. When I get there they say they do not take any walk in orders. I asked why not and they said because of covid. They said i needed to order on line. I told them that i do not understand how to order on line with the clip art from there web site. The person said all i had to do was to make a zip file and that is all that they can do. I said I do not understand zip files and stuff like that. I also told them that on there web site there is no notice of not taking walk in orders. The person i was talking to said there is a notice on there web site. So i drove over 1 hour home again. I looked up the web site again and there is no notice about no taking walk in orders. I told the person that this company sucks with customer service and then she said have a nice day. Now i did tell the person to F%^& off and die. After about 20 mins i called the store and during the auto answer it said if you have a complaint just hang up. When i asked to speak to the person again the first thing i did was apologized to her and and then asked why some one could not take a lap top and take an order outside. Chose this company because I needed 2 graduation T-shirts made with a short timeframe and after calling several times to confirm that the TWO shirts I needed made were more than able to be made "as long as the order was placed before end of day". Order was placed and next morning after I realized the wrong email address was given to them to send "the invoice" to, I called early enough to have it resent to the correct address (bc they won't start making your shirts until you pay the invoice) and have the shirts made in time. I even CHANGED THE DESIGN to something simple for them so I could have them made within the allotted hour. They waited until the very last second to call and tell me they could not complete them in the timeframe that I needed. ONE HOUR?! Completely wasted my time. I could have gone to another company but I picked them bc of the reviews and now I have no graduation shirts for my trip with my niece. They should be more mindful of the fine print that's really behind saying you can get some thing done and "1 hour". FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I have yet to receive my t-shirt from here, but I can tell right now that I won't be using their services again because of the very poor customer service. The online system of ordering a t-shirt seemed simple enough, but I had to follow up three times by phone just to get my order process started. Every time I called, I was told someone would call me back, and they never did. I finally called again about a half hour before the store was supposed to close for the day and was able to speak with someone. I was also supposed to receive a mock-up (via email) of the t-shirt the day before pick-up, which I had to call to inquire about, and was told yet again that someone would call me back. It shouldn't be this difficult to speak with a sales representative or to get decent customer service. Until the employees here can treat their customers better, I don't think I'll be coming back. read more
