We are so thankful to Computer Solutions for recommending and installing it and saving our prized computer. The so-called tech person worked on the job for several days and charged 135 dollars before the job was completed. During this process, he reinstalled, screwed up, and just about junked her computer, voiding the warranty as a result. He blamed it on the software, which he shouldn't have used in the first place, and then on the computer being too old. As a last result, we called the company we bought it from and FaceTimed the problem and fixed it ourselves the right way, now it works fine. The owner refunded 100 dollars and never took any responsibility for bad workmanship on the part of this employee; they failed miserably.
