Tried this company for some IT at my business. It was a complete joke…read more The tech's name was Steve and I couldn't imagine a more sniveling and insistent rat. He quoted my company to move around and re-install some computers. When we paid him for his services I asked him to hold the check a week before he deposited it - he seemed to have no issue at the time. About a week later we gave him a computer of ours that we were locked out of (employee quit and we did not have the password). After clearly being frustrated with the computer (because he really had little idea what he was doing - how hard is it to unlock a computer for someone that does this for a living?) he sent me a nasty email about how he was going to send it back and was spending too much time trying to fix it. What kind of a response is that from an IT PERSON??? That is their job! I thought that was awesome. When I called him to ask what the deal was, all he could talk about was that I asked him to deposit the check a week later. Keep in mind this was literally 3-4 weeks after the fact. He had his money for weeks at this point. I told him that he didn't mention anything at the time when I gave him the check. If he told me "I need to deposit it today", it would not have been an issue. But instead he used his frustration and incompetence against me to make it seem like he couldn't deal with me as a customer. I even asked him why he took the computer to fix it if he was so unhappy with my one week later payment request? He had nothing to say. It was clear he had no idea what he was doing. So I received the computer back and contacted an IT company that was recommended to me by a reputable source. They have been nothing but wonderful. When I gave them the computer that we were locked out of, the new guy didn't even have to leave my office to fix it. Was here for less than an hour and it was done. He had it set up and ready to roll. All with a smile on his face and thanking me for his business. The name of that company is APEX Network Solutions - I highly recommend them. Ask for Roberto or Angelo. Whatever you do, stay as far away from this company as possible. Especially the tech named Steve. He is creepy and does not know how to deal with people. Even more importantly - he's not good at his job. Don't waste your time.

Steve is a fair and straight-shooting techie. For once, I feel comfortable with technology and…read moreknow I'm not getting ripped-off.
