I was using my laptop to find repair shops and making phone calls was not possible for me at the time and he responded fast. The corners of the steel frame on the Pixel were bent from previous drops and a new one is needed for the new glass to sit flush and properly. However, the Google Store was missing the steel outer frame which is necessary for the new glass to be installed and they said because this model is a few years old and they are not receiving new parts for it. Jesus knew I needed a phone right away so I could get back to my job and my funds were super low and I couldn't afford to spend $400-$500 on a new phone so he did his absolute best to work around the damaged frame issue for me. He managed to get the new glass in there but the bent frame caused several hair-line cracks across the bottom half of the screen but the phone worked again! It didn't really look to bad to be honest. He wanted to make it right for me said he will order another glass and install because he had an idea of how to repair the frame for me and would do so at no extra charge and he would call me the new part arrived. He let me take the phone home to use in the meanwhile. I would absolutely recommend this place for cell phone repairs. Jesus is honest and very helpful.

This store logic is " I'll give you a discount on another shitty fix " that's it. That's all. Wouldn't recommend that anyone looking for a good business experience visit this store. Paid to have my phone fixed . Not even a week later the screen is lifting out of the casing and the screens cracks due to this . Then when I take the phone back to be fixed they refuse to fix the phone due to the screen being cracked. Which would not have happened if the screen was actually secure. Unfortunate that my money was wasted and no compensation was made.
