It's okay though, they replaced it for $100 plus the 110 dollar no refundable deposit I gave. That's $210 so far for nothing. Bad enough, but wait. Now, my iPhone won't stop letting me know that someone attempted to install an unauthorized part in my phone. I can't get the warning to leave, which I believe is unduly draining my battery. Bad enough? Also, my battery doesn't want to charge fully anymore and it runs down about 15% faster than it used to. When I went there, all i needed was for my camera to work. Everything else was fine. They charged me $210 to break my phone completely. An expensive lesson to learn. Never again.

They were pleasant and professional and we exchanged a bit of humor over the phone and in person. Unfortunately, just two weeks later, a noticeable black blob appeared on the new screen near the Dynamic Island. This looks like OLED screen bleed or a defect. The phone has remained in a case with a screen protector the entire time and has not been dropped, bumped, or otherwise mishandled. Given the timing (only 2 weeks after installation) and the specific location of the spot, this issue is almost certainly the result of either a defective replacement screen or a problem during installation (such as trapped dust, adhesive, or pressure damage). It is not consistent with normal use or accidental damage. I offered to bring the phone in so they could inspect it in person, but they declined and immediately dismissed the warranty claim without examination. While I understand repairs aren't perfect, I'm disappointed they are unwilling to stand behind their work and honor the warranty on what is clearly a post-repair defect. I went from a satisfied customer who would have returned and recommended them to someone who can no longer do so. Potential customers should be aware that warranty support may not be reliable here. EDIT: Contrary to the response below the phone was never physically inspected. Rather, the response was based on a set of photos sent showing the issue which, alone, would be virtually impossible to come to a conclusion of physical damage versus defective product. As a customer, you are in a no win situation here as no matter what happens they are going to blame you and not the manufacturer or installation for the problem.
