K&G was recommended. Placed a few pair of pants in my car and stopped in after work. I went to the back of the store and spoke with the tailor. He was very nice; had me try on my pants and made the soap mark at the desired length. He said I could pick them up in a few days. I did. Happy to say that the prices for my alterations are affordable, I am pleased with the end result. I have even dropped off a few more pairs of pants. With that being said, I have found my tailor.

They were amazing for both my stylish son, and my hard to fit body! They had a great selection of styles, they carry their own inventory in-stock, and the prices were very fair. It is a business where attention to detail is everything and they were so attentive- checking the sleeve length, making sure the pant length is correct, triple checking that all the accessories are there and operable. I cannot recommend them enough and am super happy that I have a great place to go to get my next tuxedo!

I asked if they could hold tbe items while I continued to shop. "Sure" they said. When I was ready to check out, I tell the young man at the counter they're holding some items for me. He comes back with a dress, I tell him that's not it. Then he holds up my jumpsuit and asks if this is it, I say yes, that's it. He's pretty friendly during the transaction. I get home and realize they didn't put the belt to the jumpsuit in the bag. So I called the store fifty million times before they finally answer. When they answer, I recognize the voice as that of the young man that rang me up earlier. I'm explaining to him what happened and asked if he can check to see if the belt is in the back. He tells me I'll have to come up there. I said it was too far, and if they have it I'll come back tomorrow, but if not, I'll take the jumpsuit back to the Macy's closest to me. So this is where it gets crazy.... He puts me on hold, and a young lady picks up and asks me to repeat what I just said, so I do. At some point the young man gets back on the phone and says 'describe him' after I say it was a young man that helped me originally. This kinda threw me, but I say 'uh, he was tall, a black male.." and so this dude says "so he was a n*gger" I said 'what??' He repeated it again "it was a N*gger". I was speechless. I said "is this Macy's? What did you just say to me??" Then he said it AGAIN!! And then he hung up the phone. Ooooohhhhh weeeee, I couldn't get to that store fast enough!! When I made it back to the store, the idiot, whose name is Kyle, by the way, saw me talking to the store manager, and went and hid in the back when he saw us walking towards him. THIS DUDE HID OUT IN THE BACK OF THE STORE. I told the manager, Allysha, that I would wait for her to find him, I needed to ask him some questions. He finally comes out, grinning and dragging his feet. Looking guilty as hell. Of course he denied it, but I still lit into him. What possessed this young man to say that to me???? Who raised him to think it was acceptable to say that to me??? Me...someone who has the same skin as his!!! It felt like he had kicked me in the the stomach. I'm like, sure, I'll trust you. Then she canceled on me but I said, no I'm still going. I was booked for a full body massage and a pedicure. The customer service was great. I got here right after she called and cancelled and she cancelled my appointment as well! She went to see if the masseuse was still there and he was so I got my massage first. The masseuse was kind, funny, and was great. He made sure he adjusted the pressure when I said to. I was very relaxed and my muscles felt looser in the end. It had been several months since my last massage so he was great at working out the tightness in my shoulders, back, etc. My pedicure followed my massage. They even gave me yogurt and water while I got my pedicure. I was surprised that the young lady who did my pedicure was one of the owners. She was so talkative and kind. She didn't rush though my pedicure and paid attention when she polished my nails. She was great. There wasn't any polish on my skin that needed to be removed. Since there was so much snow outside, they let me sit as long as I wanted under the dryer so my polish wouldn't mess up. The atmosphere is relaxing in Veola's, however, they do need to update the spa. I even suggested they start carrying their own products for sale. Some of the items they had up front looked like a hodgepodge of products. I think it will help them more to clean that out, update, and sell their own. Outside of that, I can see myself returning for services. Unlike other complaints, I liked my service. They were prompt, professional, and didn't try to sell me anything.
