They had a nice selection of shoes for all styles, and also had socks and other items to complement their inventory. It sits in a small shopping mall anchored way in the back it's hard to see from the highway you have to really know what you're looking for use your GPS. This is the second time I've come in and received fantastic service. My first experience was April of 2021. I wanted something that had what was called the wide toe box but not a wide shoe and I was just browsing places in the girl was very very helpful at the time and everything was perfect these were some of the best shoes I've owned in a long time I bought two pairs one was more of a running gym shoes sort of thing. But the one that became my daily word pretty much for over two and a half years were these walking shoes in a nice color neutral Brown not just black or the white or off-white whatever they are. I was so happy when I went in there and I said I was in here a few years ago I gave him my phone number and my name they pulled me up said yeah you're here and I was quite pleased to know these exact same shoes are still available and they had them in stock so I got myself another pair because after two over two and a half years of very very hard wear through all different elements for seasons they finally started to begin to slowly get unglued at the sole. But once again I came in in the service was fantastic I had no complaints at all this is an outstanding store right here and even if you have to have something ordered they keep in touch with you and let you know everything that's going on.

Once ordered I received updates from their customer service via phone and emails. The order took about a week to get to the store. I received a hone call and an email stating the order was ready to pickup. So far everything was fine until I went to the store and had to interact with the staff. So when I walked in the store there were 2 young girls just standing in front of the checkout counter. One of them said very dryly asked can I help you? I told her I was there to pick up an online order. She than just looked at me and made a face. So i was confused and asked what was the face for? She responded they don't do that. I was like who don't do what? She then said Shiekh shoes does not do in store pick ups. Now I'm confused and I tell her well I received a phone call and an email to pick up my order in the store. She then just walked away. She went over to lady that was walking up and said so she (me) is her to pick up an order, is there an order? The lady immediately said I have to check she did not once say they dont do that. The young girl than just waled away and started randomly wiping a mirror. By this point Im annoyed because this little girl didnt know what she was talking about and her attitude was stank. The lady she asked about the order went to the back and in less than 10 seconds came back with my order. So the information that little girl was speaking was false. And once i saw this it left a bad taste in my mouth. If i do order something again I will just have it shipped to my home.

Ordered online to be able to pick up - get in and get out of the store and that was not the case…read more There were signs telling me if I ordered online, to skip the line, I follow the signs and stand where the sign is. After five minutes, I finally ask the cashier if it's all one line, she says yes. Why couldn't she tell me that out of her peripheral vision? Or ask me if I needed help with something? I'm not God's gift to the world, but I work customer service and if I see a person standing outside of the line, I'd at least acknowledge them. So then, I have to go to the back of this long line and wait 15 more minutes because of an online order that I should have been able to pick up and go in at least five minutes. If this store is it going to implement online order pick ups, they shouldn't have it at all!!!
