However, I accumulated a ton of in cartridges. So I had ink cartridges that I needed to recycle for $20 rewards credits and went to Staples on 96th and Cicero in Oak Lawn. The employees were polite and helpful, but I was baffled at the fact that they did not have the ink package that I ordinarily purchase! Also, the cost of the ink was pretty high.

He assured me that the other barcodes automatically generate. Few hours later, I get a refund on 1 return but not the other. I contact Amazon and they said the code never got scanned. After calling the location, Mickey and the other representative both hung up the phone on me and kept putting me on hold in the middle of me speaking. When I got back to the store to see why my return hasn't been initiated, I had to wait 30 min while they can find my package. Then Mickey tells me the GM Jeremy was there. I asked to speak with Jeremy and he showed no interest in what I had to say, telling me he just recently took over this store. Overall nobody cares at this location and will give you dirty looks when you tell them that they made a mistake. Definitely take your business elsewhere.

The wait was not due to heavy customer traffic, rather, they don't have anyone working the cashier counter. I've been watching one employee walk around and do absolutely nothing. They have at least three employees working on the clock but not doing their jobs. Never once was I greeted or acknowledged. An elderly lady who was another customer actually was the one to wave me to the print department where I then stood there for another 10 minutes. Waiting to be checked out. I'd like to add this isn't just a time inconvenience, but also a safety issue. Armed robberies have been on a substantial climb. And businesses like this are perfect targets as they offer the least resistance and have alot of valuable merchandise. DO better and hire people who actually came to work to WORK

I called the OfficeMax in Crestwood, IL which is the closest one to my home. The person I spoke to suggested I try to make the purchase on a computer. I did that and I was able to complete my order that way. It might have been a security thing with the company which I would have no problem with. I was happy I was able to complete my purchase. I made a note to order from my computer the next time or purchase at the store itself.

A bumper from an above wall cabinet at my home fell off and into the paper feed. This company found it right away and I picked it up the next day. Josh & Emily are the best. Where other shops charge a flat $80.00 or more to look at the item, Midwest Laser charged $60.00 which I though was very reasonable. I recommend them highly.

Since I recently moved cross-country to Chicago, I am in need for office furniture. I went with my husband hoping to find a office chair or some furniture to use until my furniture arrives via Pod in a few months. Anyway they allowed (1) free piece of furniture and also was selling preused furniture for $39 and $99 bucks. We really lucked out. My husband found a big chair for our living room for free. We purchased a huge book case for my office. In addition to these pieces, we found a rolling ottoman and a side table. We were thrilled with our finds. This wharehouse is open to the public and had a floor dedicated to sale/clearance items and a bunch of new items too. The prices seemed reasonable on the new items too. Checkout website for items currently on sale. I would like to shout-out Mark (owner) and Junior for having awesome customer service. Junior helped me with approximating how many yards of fabric I would need to reupholster the chair that we got for free. Oh yes, I failed to mentioned they have lots of fabric for sale. At the event the fabric was only $5 a yard. Such a deal. Mad props to this business. *only furnishing for my temporary housing for now but will look to this business for my more permanent home in the near future* Would add photos of finds but waiting delivery.
