When you hire Prodigy, you are hiring them for the service and knowledge and not their pricing. From my first consultation with Paco, it has been nothing but smooth sailing. They communicate everything, every step of the way. I was most impressed with their service this morning. They did some re-wiring and last night and this morning, my network was not working at 100%. Last week I was using my laptop and the screen suddenly went black. A flashing statement in large…read moretype appeared saying the computer was crashing and could not be used. A loud voice kept repeating that message. I could not turn the computer off or silence the voice. A phone number appeared saying I needed to call it for help. Instead, I called FireLogic. I was quickly put through to a technical dispatcher who listened to my problem and connected me to a technician named Danny. Danny was familiar with the particular virus, he told me where it came from and said he knew how to deal with it. He was calm and knowledgeable and walked me through what to do. Within about ten minutes the laptop system was restored. Danny made sure my anti-viral system was still intact. He suggested that even though everything looked fine I should put the laptop through a complete viral check. I did that after we hung up. Two hours later he called just to be sure the viral check had not revealed any problems. FireLogic is an excellent company. I recommend them highly.

I had a charging issue with my laptop and saw this place open on Sunday. I read the reviews here and saw this place had 5 stars. I trusted these "reviews" and called the place and spoke to a guy named Boris. He agreed to look at my laptop and said he would call me in 2 hrs to analyze the issue and give me the pricing. He called me back and was not really sure what the issue was saying it might be the battery "I tried charging it and it's not charging." Like no kidding I know that!! He gave me information I already KNEW. He decided to give me pricing and I decided to pass on the offer. I kindly offered to pick up my laptop and compensate him for his time which he never even told me what it was in the beginning(this is my mistake). On the phone he said $35. When I got to his place he said $80. I can guarantee you that all he did was plug in my laptop to my charger and called me and said "it may be the battery I am 75% sure" that is what he said! He became agitated and snatched my laptop when I was calmly trying to figure out the pricing. He said "you should of done your research. Diagnostic charge of $99 is on my website. But I am giving you a discount." When I told him show me where on his website said that he couldn't find it and said "it's because you are using the mobile version." What a RIP OFF!!! Also, he kept coughing and didn't have the decency to wear a face mask. And at one point he coughed on me and said "sorry it's not the virus it's allergies." What a disgusting human being. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS PLACE. His workspace aka "home" looks very trashy. Although, I support good service despite of location, this place gives you a bad vibe.
