    Great TV Repair shop got my my 65in Lg fixed for a great price and works like new would recommend them to anyone I give them 5 stars !!!!

    They did a great job on wall mounting my 80in Sharp tv they did a very clean job very professional company would definitely use them again.

I hate my current internet and cable company-- Layer3 come to NYC please!! My brother had Layer3 installed one morning while I was visiting. I complained and expected the worst, but it was literally the easiest experience ever. This nice install rep (hi Chris!) came perfectly on time and did the entire setup for us in a few minutes - he was very pleasant and funny. I had no idea what this new cable was, so he spent time explaining and showing us a few pointers to make sure we understood the software. It's like a no contract, no fee, amazing cable company that has even higher quality imaging. Plus virtually unlimited DVR space (Hello binge watching!) Oh and it's less expensive than what I'm paying for UGHHHHH. The Damage: I believe the price is different depending where you are, so worth calling to see. I used to…read morelove their customer service, America based, and their picture quality, content and NFL package were outstanding. Then AT&T purchased Directv. I stuck with them a little longer but the quality of their services quickly deteriorated. I used to consider them the gold standard but i had to switch after a mystery charge appeared on my bill that they couldn't explain to me. I told them i was leaving and they didn't even care. I also refuse to go to Comcast. I noticed an ad for Layer 3 tv online and decided to try it out. Let me preface by stating i have a 1gigabit internet thru the fine folks from RCN who also have excellent customer service. Layer3 TV is an internet based cable solution. Their feed runs thru your internet. and they have 4K. I admit i was skeptical at first but once i switched i have not looked back. The picture quality is amazing and the customer service is outstanding. They are new to the Chicago area so there are a few kinks but you can tell with the technology they use they will become a force. Please keep doing what you are doing I enjoy your services immensely.

There have been some ups and downs over the years but I always stayed with you because your customer service eventually solved the problems...apart from the time that you had to relocate the dish and damaged the roof in the process.....I did not file a complaint at the time. Well, times have changed.....I was on the phone for 5 hours tonight with no resolution....I am not able to access my account, I have no idea what my passwords/codes are now with direct tv as they kept giving me new ones/or temporary ones, and I had to create a new email account which was ridiculous! I have been overpaying for years as I have been billed for having a dish and box which were removed about 5 years ago, and somehow I have been still able to get your service on my computer and cell. Your customer service people kept insisting that I had a dish and a box. When I told them I did not, they implied that I did not know what I was talking about. So.....the fact that I never changed my billing/charges is on me. But, after 5 hours on the phone tonight with no resolution, and the changes to passwords, emails, etc. and still cannot access Directv is beyond my limits. My patience has worn thin. I have had it! My mom is 86 and she uses her iPhone to play games and make calls. Luckily I googled this store and realized that I could possibly make in time. Which I did. The phone has a funky issue that unless you see it in action. It's hard to explain. This is where I was very impressed with the gentleman that helped me. Ziad. He sensed my frustration and guided me to what we could do and try. He was very patient and emphatetic and offered me solutions. Long story short with his attention to customer service. I received a text at 6:04 p.m. confirming I was checked in. The only time I was spoken to was when I first walked in and was told to check in. After that, I waited an hour if not more with no acknowledgment or updates. At the beginning, there were three employees on the floor, including someone I believe was the manager. During my wait, one employee left for the day, and two additional employees returned from I assume their break. Shortly after, those two employees went to the back with the believed manager for about 20 minutes, leaving only one employee to assist customers. It is unprofessional to leave one employee on the floor while multiple customers are waiting and three employees are in the back. I was not helped until around 7:00 p.m. or later, only to be told the phone I wanted was out of stock and would need to be ordered. This is not an inventory issue it is a lack of professionalism and communication. If customers are asked the reason for their visit at check-in, there should be protocols to manage wait times and expectations. A simple update would have save me time and the employee time. I have never experienced this at any location ,and my family and I have been AT&T customers since the Cingular days. So, this experience was very disappointing. The staff did seem friendly but the overall customer service and communication was subpar.

    I was promised the dismissal of my overcharges in the amount of 60 and 80 dollars (two billing…read morecycles) in exchange for a plan upgrade to unlimited to avoid overages in the future. I have screenshots and video recording of the live agent chat with Vijay (as you're not able to speak with live representatives). I have spent countless hours, over 6, cried and experienced immense frustration due to follow-up regarding this as my modem for my new plan was delivered but my bill did not reflect what was promised. When following up, a chat agent purposely disconnected the chat because they didn't care to speak to me. The next one kept repeating things that wasn't the concern at the time such as what I currently owe on my bill, how I can make a payment, etc to cause frustration and confusion to avoid reaching a solution regarding the matter. I have where it was repeated 5 times, before and after, the signed change in plan where it is promised my overcharges would be dismissed. They acknowledge this was said, stated they'd contact Vijay but that they can't uphold the agreement but would like to help me set up my new equipment for my plan. They acknowledged the distress this situation had caused me, how I was a valued customer of over 7+ years but that they could only offer me a 60 dollar remediation and asked me to agree. Due to numerous statements stating plural "overcharges" and confirmation of 60 and 80 dollars in total, I refused to agree to such an agreement. They directed me to call: 1-888-565-4329 to discuss things further as they only had so much they could within their limits. After calling and being redirected to over 4 different people at this number at 11p at night, they told me all they would be doing is the ticket#: ECM0018044776 and to call back in a few hours to see if they'd move forward with forgiving the other 80 dollar charge. They purposely told me they'd forgive the overcharges to secure the upsale of their products under false pretenses. I have reported this to the BBB. Blatantly fraudulent.
