The tech said he needed to work on my Face ID and charged me an extra fee for that, so I agreed. When I went back to pick it up he had removed extra components claiming he wanted to look into them over night. The phone wouldn't stay on longer than 3 minutes so I went back and they agreed to fix it. Over the course of 3 days I went in several times as they kept making the phone worse!! In the end they completely ruined my phone and blamed it on me. The tech and owner are so rude and cocky, I was shocked at their lack of professionalism. I should have listened to the other reviews who have also had their phones broken here. DO NOT GO HERE. They destroyed my phone, did not offer a refund, and now I've had to buy a new phone.

I randomly, literally, just spotted them after leaving Apple's Genius Bar on my way home. I was mentally preparing to buy a new computer. Thinking I needed to find an extra thousand dollars. I walked in, was greeted by Will. I asked if he could just give me a second look and he rushed into action. My computer now WORKS. I told him, this was Tuesday, October 28th, he made my day do a complete 180. I don't fault the people at Apple. BUT Apple sells a lot of stuff. A lot of needless stuff. These guys FIX your computer problems. There's nothing more! He solved my thousand dollar problem! And I didn't have to start all over. No lost data. No buying a new computer. No wasted time! Stop in. He's genuine and we need that in this world. Chris J Chicago

They can be hard to get ahold of by phone, and after unsuccessfully trying to go to a shop in the neighborhood, I headed here. I wish I could answer 'meh' to the value question. $79 to replace a battery? And I bought MY OWN BATTERY no less! I know it's a tricky procedure, and could incur more damage but still.. The guy told me it would take 45 or so min, and with it being small shop/pandemic times, I left to window shop down the street. That is one advantage to them being downtown, there is more to do while you wait. I left and came back, and it was done. He printed me out a receipt when the text receipt didn't work. I'd recommend if you have some extra cash, time to kill, and want to invest in your technology (when you add up what you spend to how long you keep the phone/device per month or year, its only a few bucks.)

I took another chance, and this is how it worked out: I have to purchase a new iPad out of pocket and the same guy from before told me that he is not responsible for repairs failing once the device leaves the store.
