Once he was here, we asked him his opinion on two wall switches in a different room that were not working, and he stayed longer (while I ran to Home Depot for new toggle switches) to fix both of them as well for just a little more added to our total. The fan install was a little more difficult than Ted anticipated, and it was an insane night in our home as well (my husband's car was at the shop and he needed it for work the next day so we had to get that taken care of while Ted was here working) - I'm sure he thought we were nuts, but he was very gracious and understanding about everything! The end results look great, and I am SO happy our light switches are working again - all of this was done for a third of the cost we were quoted by someone else to just do the install and paint the office ceiling (we ended up doing the painting ourselves anyway). We will definitely be calling on Ted in the future for all our other electical needs - he is knowledeable, quick, and neat. Thanks, Ted! The original build we did with this company included them adding cooling fans. Unfortunately the cooling fans were improperly installed. They were all connected directly to the power supply instead of the motherboard, so they run 100% of the time. Because of this improper build, one of the fans is already gone out.Even though my son willing to pay for the service, $295 is simply unacceptable. Not to mention the fact that my son was treated disrespectfully on the telephone. I can no longer recommend this location and will be looking for other computer services in the area. Really a shame.
