Well I went back and forth with the owner on how to use the basics on this system because his installers didn't help me figure out how to use it. So I moved on and by playing with the system I kinda figured out on how use the basics. Then about a year later I get a bill for 100 bucks a month from them. So I emailed the owner again asking to explain the invoice. He told me that that invoice was a mistake and it's 100 dollars a year if I wanted to continue using my online service even though I paid for the cameras and I own them, but when I called corporate and complained they told me they weren't able to do much even though they gave me access for another year but they said that he actually owns those cameras. So I went back to my quote and it said nothing about an annual fee, so I questioned the charge and informed the owner that he never told me anything about an annual fee, and why did you wait a whole year to tell me about your extortion fee. And now 4 years later there cameras don't work any more after my 3 year warranty finished there cheap China made equipment don't work. So I guess now I have to go out and look for an honest camera installer and find some cameras that don't have an extortion fee attached to them. If you decide to use these thieves make sure you know what your getting and its all on paper, because they don't tell you some important things till a year later.

The air handler is in the attic above the garage. Peter DIDN'T EVEN GO INTO THE ATTIC to look at the air handler. He told me to call the hvac company I had out a couple days prior to ask what kind of power the air handler needs. The hvac company said there's a tag on the air handler so all this idiot needed to do was LOOK AT THE AIR HANDLER which is what I was paying him to do. He arbitrarily told me it would cost $2,500 to fix the issue and he DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT THE AIR HANDLER TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH IT. Peter also told me I need to rewire my entire house and that it would cost $20k. He tried to pressure me into giving him a decision about the $20k on the spot stating his schedule is filling up - MASSIVE red flag. He also pointed out a number of other issues he wanted to charge me to fix that didn't need fixing. Instead, I hired an electrician who does the electrical work for a home builder who builds 400+ homes/year (they are a former client of a family member). Not only did the LOOK AT THE AIR HANDLER, but they fixed the electric AND the air conditioning and for a fraction of the cost of the arbitrary number Peter gave me. They also confirmed the tens of thousands of dollars Peter tried to get me to spend with him was utterly unnecessary. Peter is apparently the owner of this company - he is very young and inexperienced and VERY LAZY. BEWARE because HE IS A CON ARTIST so PLEASE DON'T GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THIS GUY. I filed a complaint with the BBB and he is lying to the BBB and arguing with me. This business needs to be permanently shut down before they con people out of tens of thousands of dollars. Peter/Reed Electrical are THIEVES. I was completely taken advantage of and I'm writing this review so you don't make the same mistake. DO NOT use this company under any circumstances.

Claimed it had 84k miles when it really has well over 165k miles! He was well aware that it was our son's graduation present to himself before he headed off to college and he sold it to him anyway. Claimed it had no issues at all and had been checked out by Ford. Now it's going to cost us thousands to get it repaired. Won't answer texts or messages, and now has blocked us. We'll be contacting the police and our attorney. Very bad business, he should be ashamed of himself! Should change the name to One Star Electronic!
