Kole Digital is amazing! We visited their showroom on Lincoln Highway as a lark. Even though we were eager to bring our family room into the 21st century, we were pretty sure we'd never be able to afford Kole. They seemed way too sophisticated for us, with our huge, tube-TV, and cassette tape deck, LOL! But we had them out for an estimate anyway. Their prices were absolutely competitive. In addition to a flat-screen TV, we also purchased a new tuner, speakers, and Blu-Ray player. Plus, we purchased (separately) an Apple TV device which Kole was able to integrate into the system for us. Installation took hours but it was completed to absolute perfection. The guys who came out were friendly, helpful, and professional. Our family room was transformed! We're thrilled with how it looks and how the system performs. Can I just say how much we love our sub-woofer? Never realized what we were missing! Best of all, however, is Kole's customer service. I mentioned how very unsophisticated we are with regard to electronics, right? Well, as you might imagine, we had a few "Um... how does this work again?" moments as well as a few, "This stopped working, what's up?" situations. Depending on the difficulty, Kole techs either came out the next day, or worked with me over the phone to get our system back up to perfection once again. The Kole techs also offered some awesome suggestions with regard to music - with streaming and Apple and, well, stuff I never knew how to do. Now, on weekends, we crank up our Apple playlist and have a couple thousand family pictures serving as our TV screensaver. It's like having a giant photo album playing constantly. Hard to tear ourselves away! The first thing we watched on the new TV with the new sound system was the first Star Wars Trilogy. Episodes 4, 5, and 6. What better way to welcome this new technology into our lives, right? Kole has been one of the best house-related decisions we've made and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for upgrades in the future! We have a whole-home sonos system (6 boxes) and security cameras that were installed by Kole 5 (?maybe 6) years ago. Seems every 6-12 months we've been calling them out to fix some connection problem. This time, I was informed by Monica that it's been 18 months. WOO-HOO. Had to call 3 times before I could get an appointment for someone to come to my home and repair it. Peter and Q came to my home. They were both great. Showed up exactly when I was told they would. Very professional, helpful. Was interesting to note that the Wirepath app I used was no longer able to be used with new iOS on apple products. Would have been nice if Kole had let me know I needed a different app. Also, Peter had to replace an Araknis 8 port switch. Q called the office for the price and was told total was $105.93. Paid by check because now they add 3% if you use a credit card. I was very disappointed when I went on-line after they left and searched for this product. Found it for anywhere from $23.99 to $37.99. My question to Kole is WHY did you have to charge me so much? I wish I could separate out the business from the techs. I would give Peter and Q 5 stars and Kole Digital 1 star. read more

I hired Kole Digital to help me re-design a room in our basement. Although it took a while to get the project completed it was well worth the wait. Ish and Hector kept us fully informed throughout the process and were professional and communicative. The surround sound is incredible! We are already considering having them come back and design a bar for the other side of the basement. Kole is great, will do business with again. read more

I spoke with Rob when I was in the design phase of my new home. He educated me on all the latest technology, and the benefits they provide. I never felt pressured, and the communication was excellent. Fast forward a year later, and I have an amazing "smart" home full of cool features. As I travel for work, being able to see my cameras from anywhere is a huge bonus. I also love the ability to control any light in my home from my phone! Also glad I decided to go with a dedicated theater. I was worried about the expense, but I was able to get a great experience and stay in my budget. The kids use it constantly! Not a good place to buy electronics. Prices are very high and they sell you things without telling you that there is no refunds for returns only store credit or exchange. Went on Saturday to return a couple of baluns that were priced 300% higher than at a nearby competitor. The salesman told me he did not have the ability to do a return and asked me to return the next morning. When I returned I was informed of their medieval return policy. They sold me an outdated receiver (which I questioned) and a Blu-Ray player that I also questioned. They both turned out to be pieces of crap, as I expected. Both items are now discontinued by their manufacturers. I have a friend that has been dealing with their arrogance and incompetence for 5 years and they still cannot get it right. Avoid at all costs. They did the pre-wiring and all the electronics, surround sound, TVs etc for the house we built in 2012. Over the past 2 years including this Jan 2014, maybe 4 different times they have come out free of charge to help me with minor issues they couldn't walk me thru over the phone. They visited the house several times to finalize the right design, provided several options with different price points and capabilities. Used Kole to mount 3 tv's in our home, with sound bars, and a speaker system for the basement tv. They finished the the job in one morning. Once again Rob Kole is not capable of the truth. There was NEVER an itemized statement back in June of what credit was given for each light fixture. The only piece of correspondence was what he calls a change order that of course shows we again owe more money. I will be happy to share with the public Rob Kole's itemized statement if I am ever able to get one! The reason there is no resolution is not because we won't call Rob, the lack of resolution is because we will not call him for the hundredth time until we have an itemized statement to go over with him. We have tried to work this out, we have been to his office and thought through a discussion this was resolved and we did write an additional check however his word means nothing. All you have is your word in this world and without that you are not trustworthy. We are asking for an itemized credit statement along with how he has justified additional charges. Send us over that itemized statement from June Rob and I will share it on Yelp!! Once again this job is not complete and we have issues within the house that have not been addressed! read more
