Of course the heat failed late at night and the way we noticed is when we got out from bed and quickly found a nonfunctional thermostat that mysterious failed. Made an EARLY panicked call and spoke to an outstanding lady who told me they would have a tech here in less than two hours.... I asked them to make sure they had a new thermostat with as we highly suspected that was the issue on our 16 year old system.... Tech called about 20 mins before appointment and said he was down the road sitting and wondered if he could arrive EARLY... Realizing I hear that almost as often as hearing someone I know won the lottery I was HAPPY to have him show up early! Took him about 15 mins to check everything out and confirm the thermostat was dead.... he had the one we really liked with him and the cost was EXTREMELY reasonable. With 30 mins of the Tech arriving the heater roared back to life and is warming the house as I type this. Now, we are awaiting the arrival of a sales rep to talk about the replacement of our old HVAC system as I refuse to live in fear the unit fails again when we need it the most. Oh, the service program they have is AMAZING and gets you your service appts done to make sure your going to make it through the seasons. PHENOMENAL response, FANTASTIC Service Tech and NO BS from them... There are others... but these guys are the BEST!

He was able to come the same day to fix the vent. From beginning to end they were very professional, personable, neat and efficient. Art showed me the blanket of lint inside my dryer and the poor dead bird that apparently had gotten stuck in the duct. The first company we called tried to, I assume, take advantage of the hot temperatures and gave us an astronomically high quote (7x higher than Air Source 1), which we declined. They will hang up the phone on you if you're calling for repairs. Brand New AC that they installed broke down. Still under warranty, and they're too lazy to come out to fix it because "I'm too far away". I guess I wasn't too far to install the unit, but too far to fix the problem they did !!! They were closing shop but let her come in. He said he'd be over within half-an-hour and was there. Finished the job in 20 minutes at a very good price. Highly recommend them.
