The techician intalled and the refrigerator ran all of the time and froze the contents. They made a reurn call and said it needed a new evaporator, a $450 part that I ordered myself and waited for it to be installed. The technician cancelled these appointments 4 times the day of the call. Got fed up and called another service company. That technician said the thermostst was installed incorrectly and that I did not need a new evaporator. He fixed their screw up and the fridge is running fine. His charge for the call was $89, A+ charges $159. It appears that they mark up parts at least 100% as they said the cost of a new evaporator was over $1000. Be warned.

Took 30+ minutes to remove supply and drainage lines in order to move appliance 2. Forgot to turn water off under cabinet causing flooding and was not prepared with rags or buckets these are things I had to supply Once problem was discovered they explained that parts would need to be ordered The following week, without proper notification, the technician stated they were on the way and would be there in 20 minutes Upon actual repair the observations were the same as above and now comes the additional issue of the gasket being warped because of the tugging and pulling. The dishwasher will operate but will no longer hold water. Again, no rags no buckets no control over water all over my kitchen except for rags and buckets I knew I needed to be prepared with to mitigate potential damage. The technician stated it was because our water supply from was from the hot side and was too powerful. I called a licensed plumber right in front of him and they looked later, and stated there was no issue. Also should note I have a home inspection report that is under 12 months old which cited no issues In summary, The initial service call was $105 ($100 plus needed me to pay bank service charge) Plumber is a friend and did not charge me for his time A new dishwasher was required a comparable dishwasher installed was $750 And either a repair or entirely new cabinet needs to be estimated

My water heater went out. The company that "diagnosed" the problem charged me $99 and said that…read morethis did not include the cost to replace it. The company then quoted me $2200 as the cost to replace it and reiterated that this did not include the $99 that they already charged me. So yes, had I gone with that company, it would have cost me $2300. Armed with this information, I posted pictures and exactly what the "diagnosis" said and asked for emailed quotes...to be clear I said EMAIL only. I then got no less than 10 phone calls saying "please give us a call so we can talk about your situation. Some called more than once. Lakeland Heating and Cooling (Jason) was nothing like that... $1270 flat rate to replace the water heater. Yes, thats how he replied in his email.. as I requested. He came in.. with the water heater... replaced it... and went on his way. Other companies, that followed directions, also came in higher than $2000. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with Jason and Lakeland!
