They came out promptly and were extremely nice, professional and honest. They fixed everything quickly for a very reasonable price. The first company we called tried to, I assume, take advantage of the hot temperatures and gave us an astronomically high quote (7x higher than Air Source 1), which we declined. So Air Source 1 saved my hide again fast forward to Jan 2021 my heating unit went out upstairs in the dead of winter. Air Source 1 was at my house in less than an hour. They immediately diagnosed the problem - I needed a new thermostat. My old thermostat was 17 years old. My new updated thermostat was installed within the hour. I now have a Ecobee SmartThermostat Pro with voice control. I can control the temperature by voice or using the app on my phone even if I'm not at home. It comes with a built in Alexa so I can now play music or ask it questions. Thanks Air Source 1 for solving my issue and giving me state of the art technology. You out did yourself this time. I'm so glad to have found Tim and the Air Source 1 team! My furnace was 20+ years old, so I had them come in to do a tune-up / assessment. Jake came in for the initial consultation and detected some CO coming from the vents. He walked me through a bunch of questions I had regarding a new furnace install and maintenance and put me on the calendar only two days out. Luka and Adrian came in for the install and did an incredible job, with completion in ~4 hours. All three of these guys were very friendly, professional, and were mindful of keeping the interior of my home clean. I used Yelp to find them the first time around and was pleased with their service two years ago, so when I got the email for a service check, I decided to schedule it. Adolfo came out and shortly after arriving let me know that my capacitor was outside the acceptable range. To replace it would cost $149 plus installation, which seemed sort of steep to me. I looked up the model number on google and it is a $10 part! I went back and asked "This is a $10 part, how much did you say this was? And his response was "$149 including installation." I bought the $10 part online from Amazon so if it ever goes out, I will have it, but I am done using their service. read more

WONDERFUL COMPANY! CALL THEM FOR ANY HVAC NEEDS! I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with Air Source 1 and the level of service they provide. I sent a Yelp message for a quote and Tim responded so quickly. Okay, liked that. I had Four Seasons out first to look at my AC, which kept tripping my circuit breaker. I was not pleased with their tactics so I couldn't wait to see what Air Source 1 would say. Jake came out and wouldn't leave until he was sure the AC was working properly. He was so polite and we had some good conversations...I mean we had nothing but time while he was testing my unit. He thoroughly checked everything and tried to explain as much as he could about what he was checking and doing. He replaced a part which could've been causing the problem. My dad stopped by and even liked the great level of service Jake was providing. Unfortunately, my issue started again about 2 hours after he left, but hey isn't that how it always goes. However, my unit is 20 years old so I understand it can be on its last leg. I called Tim and told him the AC was tripping the breaker again. He said, no problem, we'll come out tomorrow. Tim came out and took a look around and my, another great guy. So polite and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. I thought, I'm really digging this company. I'd recommend them to anyone. Tim replaced the breaker and we decided if that didn't work, we'll discuss a replacement unit. Cool with me. His price was wayyyy less than what Four Seasons tried to get me to spend. I appreciate the fact that Air Source 1 didn't try to take advantage of the situations nor upsell me on anything. Good service goes a long way with me. My dad was over again and he really liked Tim. What a great company showed up on time went to work. Found the problem and put in a new circuit board. The part was defective and instead of making me wait another day or two Tim went and got a new one straight away. It out that the blower was also broke and again he came prepared and changed it right away. I know have the best air conditioning ever even cools the one hot room i always had. One of our two A/C units stopped working during a string of 3 hot days. I called Air Source 1 and Adolfo arrived within 30 minutes. He was very polite, friendly, and helped me weigh the options of repairing or replacing. I couldn't get my husband on the phone to discuss options, so I chose to just fix the one broken unit for the time being, and make a decision about replacement later. When Adolfo was almost done with the service and tune up, we decided to go ahead and replace both units. Adolfo and Tim were super nice and understanding. They let us keep the part needed to keep the unit running until they could install new units - in less than 48 hours! Jake and Adolfo did the installation and they were in and out quickly and efficiently. Thank you to the whole team! Our A/C unit went out on a mid 90 degree week. I spent an entire day calling around to get estimates. My last call was to Air Source 1. I had never heard of them or of the brand Rheems. Tim was able to make it to my house within a couple hours of the call. He was knowledgeable and efficient on his estimate. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He had the lowest quote out of the other four outfits I saw that day. Some were quoting $900-$1000 more than Air Source 1. I based my decision on reviews of his customers and my gut feeling that they were experienced on installation and also backed their product. They were able to install the following morning. Mind you, this is on one of the hottest days of the week, and most likely one of their busiest! Our two installers Jake and Dan were super knowledgeable and had a great system going to knock the job out. My 11 year old son happens to love anything mechanical. He loves to learn about how things work and loves to see things when they are taken apart. He watched Dan, who was outside working on the new unit. Dan was amazing with him. So patient and he explained step by step what he was doing and why. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. It meant the world to me and my son that he didn't just ignore him or seem annoyed. Amazing customer service. I finally had to take the plunge and call for service on my furnace. I did a search on Yelp and found the only company that has 5 stars. Tim and his team are top notch and I couldn't be happier! Tim tried reviving my old furnace for hours but unfortunately we had to lay her to rest. On one of the coldest nights in history my furnace went out!!!! I contacted several different companies to get my furnace repaired. Called Tim and he came right over when he was done with another customer. He came right in and disconnected our Nest thermostat and BOOM we had a working furnace again. He figured it could have been a couple different things (filter, Nest thermostat, cold temps in general) with it being so cold out. I was elated just to see the furnace lit and warm air coming from the vents. Tim was very professional fast and efficient. He didn't leave until he made sure we were up and running with temps climbing. He also took the Nest down, put old thermostat backup, did a light cleaning and gave his recommendation for another Smart thermostat. He was also nice enough to look at another issue we have. When I called Tim ( owner) answered and promised to send a tech out in 45mins, and 30 mins later someone was ringing my door bell , a technician named Jake, this guy is very friendly, knowledgeable , informative , very attentive and passionate about what he's doing , unfortunately the part for my furnace unit wasn't available at hand so he has to drive out and pickup the part himself , he came back in less than an hour and installed the part in 30 mins and have my heat back in no time. I needed to have my dryer venting replaced after being removed due to a plumbing leak. I used Yelp to find someone who does ducting and found Air Source. I filled out the info on the website and within the hour received a response and time for a visit for an estimate. Jake kept me updated on his arrival time and after we reviewed the problem and came up with a solution, Jake went back to the shop for materials and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work. He returned and quickly installed new piping needing three elbows. He also worked out a solution to a short exhaust pipe from the dryer, leveled and tested the dryer. Good for another 40 years. In this age of mediocrity and slipshod workmanship Air Source One is an outlier taking pride in its work and customer service. Highly recommended. read more

Air Source 1 is one of the most thorough professional businesses we've ever worked with. We called to have our A/C cleaned and they came out the next day. After Jake cleaned it he noticed the coil kept freezing. He stayed almost three hours to try and fix it. He went way above and beyond what we hired them to do. After considering our home warranty and how long it would take to replace/fix the unit we decided to call them back and have them replace it. I called Tim on Sunday and he was able to schedule the appointment the next day. Al and Luka came out right at the scheduled time and completed the work, again, thoroughly and professionally.
