Thanks to Jeff for returning my initial call so quickly and sending out Wally within 4 hours!! Wally was fantastic! He explained everything, cleaned out my furnace and replaced my igniter! A couple hours later.. my heat would not stay on and he returned without a question and adjusted the flame to not trip the sensor! Then he texted later the same night to check and make sure everything was okay. He explained everything and showed me exactly what he did! My AC broke down on a Saturday and we had a big business company initially come in Saturday night and told us our AC needed replacement and can't be fixed. I reached out to Jeff through FB page recommendations and he told me he would come and take a look Sunday morning at 9am. His team arrived on time and were able to fix the AC in an hour or so. He was excellent and explained everything in detail as to what the issue was and what he was doing to fix it. He is very honest which I really appreciate. I reached out to Jeff via the recommendation of multiple in my community on Facebook on a Monday afternoon. He was able to come out first thing the next morning (7:30am) after already having been on 2 calls. I was looking for quotes to replace two furnaces as one had broken and one was 20 years old. Jeff did not rush through the consultation but also did not talking my ear off like most sales guys. Since he owns the company and does the work, he was able to point out specifics in my unit to help educate me. He provided a quote within 4 hours as we had communicated we were making a decision that afternoon. There was a small issue with the placement of the oven due to the built-in that it sits on. When we saw it, we called him and he came back within a few days to fix it. I had an issue with with my house humidifier. Jeff came over as soon as he could and took care of my issue. Which was awesome as I live in an old brick house and it gets extremely dry in the winter. Can't say enough good things about Jeff and his wife. He was very prompt in responding to my initial request, quickly scheduled a convenient time for him to come inspect our furnace, and worked around our busy schedule to come fix our problem. He explained his diagnosis, provided quotes for parts/labor, while also providing costs for a full furnace replacement, in case we wanted to go that route, but never once pressuring us to do so. Both him and his wife a very laid back, and we had conversations like we'd been friends for years. As for the work, his diagnosis and repair has given us a warm home again. On a side note, he noticed a different issue we will eventually run into down the line, outside of his field of work. He runs a Handyman Group on FB, and if his character and work are any reflection of the people he recommends, I would definitely not hesitate to use them.
