I was able to reach them via messenger at 10:30p at night and fill them in on the situation. They said they would get someone to us at 10am the next morning. In the morning I reached out to see if anyone could get to us earlier as our first showing was at 10am. Glen showed up at 9:15a and by 10:15a our AC was fixed! We were so grateful! My water heater went out. The company that "diagnosed" the problem charged me $99 and said that…read morethis did not include the cost to replace it.
