With one phone call I was able to solve the two biggest problems with owning a tankless water heater. First problem is knowing who to call to service it and the next problem was no immediate hot water. Thanks to L&H services and Eric Pyle both of those problems are solved. Eric showed up on time did everything he was supposed to and then some. Very knowledgeable , courteous ,friendly and just made you feel comfortable with his professionalism .My unit was installed ( by a different company when the house was built a year ago ) without ever being set up . So Eric set it up the way it is supposed to be . Now I have hot water instantly. The circulating pump feature on my tankless water heater was never functioning. He also raised the temperature of the water, which the original installing plumber didn't know how to do ! On top of that he did a descale & annual filter cleaning etc. I feel very confident in the work he performed. He also cleaned the igniter and checked the unit out thoroughly . I do think the office should quote these jobs a little bit higher so Eric has time to perform the amount of work necessary. There was a slight charge over what I was quoted but it was well worth the price considering everything he did ! I will have them back every year to perform that service. And will be contracting them to do more work in the future like heating and air-conditioning annual maintenance. Again I am very satisfied with L&H services and Eric the technician. I have used L & H for close to 20 years. Their whole team gives excellent service at a more than reasonable price. They are always always on spot with time of arrival for services. In the event they are going to be delayed, they contact us with and explanation and updated time of arrival. (a delay in arrival rarely has occurred) Eric was there for most of our service calls. He has always been professional, polite, and thorough in his evaluations of our furnace issues. I would recommend Eric and the other L & H team members above any other similar business in the area. Prior to L & H I used other HVAC services that performed not needed repairs at prices that (I discovered later) were four to five times the industry prices. The owner and all his employees were above professionals. I had a large project (A/C, boiler heat modification, attic seal & insulation) done. They were at my house three days. I wanted the A/C installed in the ceiling and had other contractors flat out tell me no! Mike and his team were very thorough on options of what I can do. I am a very particular person and any issue I had was resolved quickly and to or above my standards. When dealing with contractors I am usually ready for a fight thinking I did not get what I paid for. This was not the case with L & H. They went above and beyond my expectations. Navien specialist Eric P. inherited a mess, when I called him to troubleshoot a new Navien combi-bolier that had been incorrectly installed. I would not go back to the original installers who installed it wrong to begin with.) It took two visits, one to do a temporary fix and figure out the main problem- the PVC piping was pitched incorrectly, and the unit was going into overdrive trying compensate. The final visit of reroute the wiring and pipes, fixed everything. Office staff is very nice, also. Never could reach the original installer without multiple phonecalls. Am relieved to have the system installed and running properly. read more

We had some major issues in our new home - miswired thermostats, one that had shorted out, mislabled terminals and heat was out entirely in 1/3 of the house. L & H (Bill J) was out to our home immediately, he thoroughly reviewed the entire system, gave us detailed information about the issues and was very consultative in explaining the solution. As part of the repairs, we also needed to replace two parts, from an aged manufacturer, and Bill showed excellent sense-of-urgency to run down the two parts and get them installed ASAP. I have nothing but good things to say about Bill J. and this company. My heater was making a loud noise so I had to turn it off for the night, which was one of the coldest nights. In the morning my home was at 54 degrees. I called the company left a message, and they got to me right away and sent Bill over. A piece of paper was caught in the blower and that's all it was. What a pleasant service call. The young lady on the phone was so polite and she arranged for service on my A/C within a couple of hours from when I called. Eric was the service tech and the first thing he did was listen. He listened to me tell him what had been going on and asked questions which helped him figure out where to start. Eric performed my service call, to replace 3 pumps in my basement. I was impressed from the start with his friendliness and the extent to which he worried about keeping my home clean. He did a great job. After noticing a few fixes that would make things better, he installed all 3 pumps and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. I had been having some issues with my tank less water heater. Not a lot of companies deal with them. L&H was great! They came twice once to diagnose and the second to cleanse and maintain the heater. Carlos was fantastic, 7.00 p.m. on a sunday night to relight a water heater which a Roto Reuter service clean up crew left for a day and a half then it was an inconvience to them to come out on sunday after hours on thee phone with them. It was one call to L & H and by 9.00 p.m Carlos was at my home. Had it relight due a bad blower from thee cleanup crew I then rehired them fore midweek to put in a new water heater.
