Once job was approved, we paid on the spot with a credit card, technician giving a hand written invoice and an email receipt from the company. They promptly followed up to see how the job went. Called them from the road on my way driving home from vacation and explained the situation, and they made arrangements to meet me at my house less than 3 hours after I arrived home. Gino, their well pump specialist, was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Ultimately I ended up needing a new well pump (really can't complain- turns out it was the original one from when the house was built 32 years ago!) and I got an incredibly reasonable price and a crew of sweet, fun, kind, and professional guys who showed up 36 hours later to install the new pump.
