Had an amazing experience using Ducts R us. Everything from my initial request for a quote to setting up the appointment to them half hour before they were coming and showing up on time. Mike and his brother Juan were extremely professional, explained everything they were going to do which was to clean my never before air ducts vents in my townhome as well as my dryer vents. I didn't know what to expect, but they came fully prepared with all the equipment, handled everything professionally and efficiently. I was initially surprised at how young these guys are, but don't let their age fool you, they were far more professional than some of the previous services I've hired in the past. Michael and his brother did a nice job and explained everything as they went. They took good care of my home while they worked. Very friendly and polite guys. I was disappointed they didn't have the sanitizer to use on their truck today which was part of what I paid for. As an "allowance" he said he wouldn't charge me for having to use a step ladder outside to clean my dryer vent. It's not like the vent was on the 2nd floor or anything. I just have 10ft ceilings so the ductwork is that high off the ground. I'd hardly call that "not on ground level". Never having had it done for the 30+ years since it was built, my ductwork wasn't really that dirty. And with not getting the sanitation process done that was promised, I'm not sure it was worth doing, to be honest. Would I spend the money to do it again? Probably not. But Michael and his brother were outstanding workers and are a credit to this company. read more
