I highly recommend this team. My HOA used them last year for a discounted group rate across our condo building, and they did a great job, so I hired them back for my own unit today. Both technicians were prompt, professional, and communicated clearly from start to finish. I had a tight window of time today, but they made it work easily. What started as a standard job required a bit extra, but they explained the situation and broke down all the pricing upfront before doing any additional work. They did thorough work, solved the problem, and left everything clean. I'll definitely be using them again read more

Angel and his team were very thorough and I appreciated him explaining the process to me. Was also very kind to my nervous dog. Thank you!

We were in need of duct cleaning and contacted Angel's a family owned business. They are very responsive and respond via text within minutes of requesting information. Scheduling was also via text and was very easy. The day of the cleaning they called to let us know they were on their way. They arrived right on time. Similar to many reviews they quoted one price, but after reviewing the job it was higher than what was quoted. They do a good job and explained what they were doing. They also cleaned our dryer vent. Would I recommend them and use them again, but be prepared for a price difference between what was quoted. read more

Elvin and Adrian did a great job with the duct cleaning in my new construction home. I felt so much better after their thorough work. They were attentive, professional, and good price. read more

They were on time. They explained everything that they were doing and went above and beyond to clean a dryer vent that was difficult to clean. read more

My vents were a disaster and shame on me for waiting so long. I got the Premium duct cleaning by techs Elvin and Adrian, and they worked hard and thorough. They always answered my questions and always called me to take a look before they started and after they completed a trunk line. I was utterly amazed! I highly recommend them for your duct cleaning needs if you want it done right without a worry. read more

They only provide estimates over the phone, and give you a normal price. Once they are there they will come up with things like you have too many outlets, this wasn't designed properly etc . They do a good job so I'll give them credit, however, fishy about pricing. Conclusion : ask them ahead of time for a walk in estimate, or simply deny service. Get more prices from other companies, it's free . I personally will never reach out again to them. read more

I requested that they come out to check a potential issue at my house, but I didn't realize how steep the service fee would be. No where was a service fee discussed in our texts. I specifically asked them to look at something related to my dryer, only for the people making the quote to tell me they don't even handle dryer vents. Pointless. read more

Great service and friendly, informative technician. Highly recommend! (They were done quickly and left things clean and tidy.)

Gustavo and Jesus did an amazing job cleaning our filthy ducts. I highly recommend this business for your duct cleaning. I attached the before and after photos read more

They quoted me one price over messaging (220-330). When they arrived said it was 450-500 and acted like it was a deal (lol it wasn't). They also cut a hole in one of the ducts without asking or saying anything first. Why was that even necessary? This will likely peel and leak over time. So they charged 170 more than the max quoted price, were more expensive than others we requested information from and they gave us more work for later. We were in a hurry to get ready to go to airport and needed the tenant to move in asap so we just paid them to be done with it even though we were annoyed. We have 6 apartment buildings to manage - transparency is critical. We won't risk using them again for any more surprises. read more

I was really happy with Angel's team both times I used them to clean dryer vents. They were on time, professional, and did a great job. They got up on the roof both times to clean the vent from the outside, because it was not accessible from inside the house. However, shortly after the second visit, the dryer vent started leaking into the attic where it meets the roof. Over two gallons of water leaked into the attic in a single storm. There had been no previous leaks. Angel personally came to look at it, and did so promptly. He acknowledged that the vent was leaking, but refused to take responsibility for the leak, stating that he thought the vent was improperly installed. Not knowing enough about whether that would be true, I will not pursue him. All I know is that it wasn't leaking for the 3 years before his crew came (including after their first visit), but now it's leaking. Draw your own conclusions. I will not be using his service again. read more

Came when they said they would, quick service, easy booking, very responsive, good price

Good experience working with this company. Was able to arrange a dryer vent cleaning the very next day; price was reasonable. Good communication throughout and the team arrived right on time. Would recommend! read more

Considering I have a child with bad allergies and asthma I should definitely be doing duct cleaning every 5 years, but we just did it for the first time in the 11 years we've lived in our house. We get our dryer vents cleaned every few years, but thanks to Angel we are now breathing clean air throughout the house. A recent house construction project made me think this would be a good idea. I did request a quote via Yelp and heard back immediately from many duct cleaning companies. Angels was also recommended by a friend so I went with them. I was so impressed with Angel's communication leading up to duct cleaning day (I scheduled it a few days post construction). A man after my own heard he communicated all via texting and told me exactly they would be doing and any prep ahead of time, which basically involved moving furniture away from vents. He offered to come out and give me an estimate ahead of time or said they could do it the day of, which we opted for. Duct cleaning day proved to be a rainy one so they texted and called to ask if they could come the following day instead. I was worried about the timing since my cleaning lady would be there, but they said no problem with working around her. They arrived 15 minutes early and did a walk thru to provide an estimate. It all came to $950, which is pricey, but when I asked my contractor what duct cleaning typically ran it was within the range he gave me. And then they got to work. They said it would take 2-5 hours depending on how dirty everything was. They were done in 3 hours so possibly it wasn't quite as dirty as I expected, although they did say the cleaning was necessary...especially after the construction. They moved a lot of furniture around, but did a great job of putting it all back and the house didn't get dirty at all. And my cleaning lady was also there to clean up after them. My husband even commented after they left that he felt like he was breathing cleaning air. I don't know if I"d go that far, but am certainly happy we did it and plan to again in 5 years! read more

Did the business at the best-quoted price. BUT - Kept trying the change the their time if arrival for the convenience of their team - Did not put the washer dryer back where the found them - Knocked a few hooks and things off of the walls in the process of doing their work - Team's English-language skills were weak and this was unhelpful in the particular circumstances The equipment they brought didn't appear particularly specialized either. read more

Gustavo and his team came out on time and conducted their services quickly. He communicated well about condition of our dryer as well as vents and advised on timelines for other needs in the future. Really appreciated the help from his team! read more

Great service! Very quick and great job! Highly recommend them. Easy booking and great communication.

Duct cleaning: guys were on time, great attitude, definitely recommended!!!! Gustavo and Jesus were excellent!! Great value.

They will schedule an appointment to come to your house to give you a more accurate quote, which is nice. That being said, when they got here, I was quoted a price for an extra service I was told was needed. Just be prepared for that possibility. I cannot speak to the quality of their work, because I did not go with them, but they did try everything they could to make me happy. Giving them 5 stars, because I just want the message out, I'm not looking to hurt anyone's livelihood. read more

Angel was very responsive from the first message I sent. I had already had several different kinds of service providers out after my HVAC guys told me there was a nest and/or bird that was blocking my furnace exhaust, causing a safety trip to shut it off frequently. It was hard to even figure out who to call for a problem like this when you're on the top floor of a 3 flat and 50 feet in the air! I contacted Angel on a Friday night, and he came on Monday and was able to resolve the problem quickly. Planning to use him for actual duct cleaning in the new year. read more

I didn't realize the importance of dryer vent cleaning until there was a fire in my dryer because the lint built up on the inside. I called these guys out. They took care of. Towels used to take 2 to 3 cycles and now they're done in 45 minutes. We also coordinated having them do several units in our building and got a discount. read more

Had my ducts and dryer vent cleaned recently. The team was professional, showed up on time, and got the job done efficiently.

Everything about my service was 5 stars! I had no issues with setting up or rescheduling my appointment. Angel was amazing and patient as I had to reschedule my appointment twice. We had our air ducts cleaned for $280. This was a 2 man team to clean the vents in a 3 bedroom condo. I love the fact they wore their face masks while they were working. They also wore shoe covers or aka booties while working inside. Just a note, your air ducts should be cleaned every 5 years! I have environmental allergies and having this done really helps. I will definitely use them again! read more

Messed up my HVAC and ducts weren't even cleaned. I had to have a full cleaning of the coils as the AC wasn't working immediately after the service. And it was quite expensive. They refunded me half the cost of the service and offered to come back and remedy the situation per the warranty. read more

Great company. I use them in the city five years ago in a condo. They did a great job, clean, thorough, and fast. Fast forward five years and I now have a home in the burbs. I suspected the ducks had never been done. I still have Angel's number so I called and asked if they would come out. Peloton. Absolutely. They showed up on time did the same great job and even save me from spending a few thousand dollars ceiling and insulating my ductwork. Ultimately the same story is just about everyone else, they showed me pictures of an inch to 2 inches thick of crud lining most of my HVAC ducts. It's may be partly in my head, but I think it smells a lot cleaner in here. read more

The actual service was great. Efficient and our they eliminated a smell that had been plaguing us for some time. Angel was great to work with on the phone in regard to pricing and scheduling. They were able to show up the next day. However, their on site techs kept telling me that the services that I was asking for were more money and add ons. Which was not what was told to me on the phone. I mentioned that to the tech an he moved on and was annoyed that Angel had been so clear with the pricing. read more

Great communication and service. The guys who came out were very polite and worked quickly.

I have been working with Angel's Duct Cleaning for over 7 years to clean our dryer line. They have been fantastic at sending reminders and getting the job done well, so I went straight to them when I had a bigger job involving our air ducts. Angel's Duct Cleaning came post construction to clean my air ducts and dryer line before we moved back into our home. They were so thorough that, even when the job proved more complicated and time consuming than originally anticipated, they buckled down and got it done. They were not satisfied unless it was done well. And they even cleaned an extra appliance that is typically outside of their scope after confirming that they could confidently handle it. I truly appreciate the care they bring to their work and the education they give me afterward to ensure I maintain everything going forward. read more

Mr. Angel Z: Attached is a picture of the $8 vent hood you wanted to charge extra $100 to replace after the cleaning. The readers will see how ridiculous your business practice is. To be clear, you were NOT cleaning the bathroom fan as you indicated in your response to make it sound like such a big job, only the OUTSIDE vent. I will let the readers judge your reasoning for increasing the charge to $250 from the $150 we agreed on. Business is about negotiation. I initially offered $125 - because it's just ONE vent - and you insisted on $150. I agreed. But when I mentioned that I got a hood to replace the broken one, you jerked it up to $250. Were you going to leave the vent uncovered after clearing it of bird nests? So no, you are NOT reasonable. Your business practice smacks of SLEAZE. People should not be deceived by the FAKE 4 & 5-Stars! You don't deserve 0-Star! I encourage potential customers to read the 1-Star reviews dating back many years and see how defensive you got each time someone reported your SHADY business practice. They will see you always had an excuse/explanation for what happened and tried to gaslight/intimidate customers for sharing their AWFUL experiences with your company. read more
