I was leery about getting my home ducts cleaned after all the awful on-line horror stories, but…read morethey really needed cleaning. Doubt it's ever been done. Mr. Duct's service was awesome. My Technician Juan explained everything and seemed to do a fantastic and thorough job from what I could tell. He was also very friendly, professional and experienced, as was the staff on the phone. Pricing was very competitive (I got three bids with Stanley Steemer far higher). Recommend Mr. Duct - and getting this service done every few years.

Mr. Duct does a nice job cleaning out HVAC ducts. They are up front, full-informative, and…read morecourteous. Their follow-up on customer service issues leaves a bit to be desired, however. Coming highly recommended from my HVAC service, I went with Mr. Duct for a full duct cleaning. They were easy to schedule with, provided great info up front, and were professional throughout the appointment. They even showed before and after pictures in select ducts! I did have one issue after the appointment that I still have not really had any follow-up on... I emailed after the visit to share that the vacuum, where it was placed, had killed a spot in our lawn (see pictures). I contacted them a few days after the visit and didn't hear any kind of response. Then, 15 days later, I received a voicemail regarding my issue. I've returned the call a couple days later but was told the rep that contacted me was gone for the day. That was nearly a week ago. In all, I'd recommend Mr. Duct but would caution you as to my experience with customer service. Perhaps withhold payment until you can confirm that everything was satisfactory (a reasonable ask as the credit card machine was not working during my visit and they had to call me later when it was).

We are a Downers Grove Condominium building of 41 units with in-home clothes washers and dryers…read more Many of our units have dryer duct booster fans, a duct cleaning complication. Experience has shown that many local duct cleaners cannot clean the booster fans, which sometimes results in dangerous and noisy lint buildup on the fan blades. This year our Board selected the Air Ducts Done Right company from Darien Il http://www.airductsdoneright.com. The Owner, Vito Moscato, assured the Board that not only would the dryer duct be thoroughly cleaned (without having to move the dryer!), but each booster fan would be visually inspected and cleaned from both ends of the fan assembly. Vito and his crew arrived on schedule and cleaned all the building's scheduled dyer ducts in one day. Yes, this service is more expensive than most, but by the end of the day, the owners were happy with the process and the crew. The Board feels confident that the ducts and booster fans are free and clear of the potential fire hazard that dryer lint causes. Before your next dryer duct cleaning, we recommend you contact Vito at 630-241-4710 and discuss your dryer duct cleaning needs

I called Abt (where I bought it from) and they told me they couldn't come out until August 6th! Well last Tuesday night I said nope I need to get someone here! We have a sick dog and have lots of laundry! I had spoken to Zack in the past but didn't need to him after all. Well I called him yesterday and he said he could come by later and check things out. He came by and it was what he expected the suspension rods were shot! So he said he would most likely be able to get the parts and come by tomorrow. Well he did and got it all done. Easy peasy. He was great guy, very personable, and very fairly priced. I will definitely be calling Zach the next time I have something break. I'd definitely recommend him!!

I first called Zack maybe 4-5 years ago about our leaking washer. Over the phone he told me that he…read morewould save me the trip charge because what I was describing would cost more to fix than for me to go buy a new washer. Right then I knew he was honest. A couple weeks ago our fridge was having an issue with the paddle for the ice/water sticking so I called him and we had a couple other small issues we figured we would get fixed at the same time. He charges a trip charge which gets applied to your repair if you decide to do it. His fee for fixing the first appliance is a flat rate plus parts. Additional appliances were also a flat rate but way less than the first item. So if you have a few things to do at once it saves you. He came out and diagnosed our issues and then ordered the parts needed and came back a few days later and fixed everything. He takes a variety of payment methods and warranties his work. He was so pleasant to have around and I'm normally not comfortable having people in the house. Even my dog liked him! Anyway I highly recommend Zack for help with keeping appliances out of landfills and in good working order.
