    Already January 25th, never received the check. Asked twice, answered nicely but still no check just asking me to wait.

    First time delayed, came to my house later than our scheduled time, so I cancelled. Second time here, after cleaned the dryer vent, left my dressing room a mess, and forgot to connect my vent pipe. Third time here, connected the vent pipe, but the technician stand on my dryer machine, left a concave on my dryer machine. And few days later, the pipe felled again. Third time here, finally got their job done. The manager said will issue a reimbursement check on January 9th, said need 5-7 business days, never received. Asked twice since then, but no, today is January 25th, still not received. Just for the dryer vent cleaning job, waste me almost one month, from the first day December 28th. They seems to have a good customer service, talk nice and friendly but never fix the real issue. And they just told me to wait and thank you for my wait, but no reimbursement. Manager called today, send someone send the check to my front door. He is very nice and apologized for the delay, they do issue the settlement on 1/3/2023, maybe delayed due to the holiday and bad weather.

    First I want to Thank Sara for reaching out after my unpleasant experience and hearing me as a person. I appreciate the seriousness that they took. She was very helpful kind and pleasant to work with. I did move forward and get services done, and I am overly pleased. Vents have not been cleaned here in over 20 years. Just a job I have been putting off for the past 6 years but glad I got it done. I received a confirmation call yesterday from Allison with the window of my technicians arrival. On date of service I received a morning call advising my technician Marcos was en'route! Marcos arrived unloaded and was ready to work at 8 on the dot as scheduled. We walked thru the process and identified all points of contact needed. He was on his way to go to work! Marcos asked permission to enter rooms before doing so, he engaged with my son(19yrs) and overall was kind, professional and quick. The noise of it all was just the machine and scrubbing of the vents. My Curio cabinet was on top of 1 vent and honestly too heavy for me to move. He was super careful in moving to access to work and returned it original location. This cabinet has not been moved in years as it holds my Mom's Urn and her Crystal collection. The fact he took so much care Without knowing those details was amazing. I would recommend 1000000%! After services were completed, I received a follow up call from Tom, who expressed empathy from the original issue and indicated it was used as learning experience and policies were updated regarding customer contact. This company definitely hears their clients...thank you to the entire staff for such an experience

    Stay away from this business! My entire cooling and heating system was left in an inoperable state…read more I called for a diagnostic of the air conditioner today because cool air isn't coming from the vents. I was told the diagnostic would cost $149. I asked to be informed of any repairs that had to be done. Technician checked the system and recommended replacing unit. We discussed replacement unit and cost. I was ready to pay deposit. In the next 10 minutes I was told that the model I selected is old and not available. New model costs $1000 more. I asked for a proposal to decide later. Technician told me that the visit costs $396. He said that he fixed air conditioner that was not working. He never told me that he is fixing anything. Through our the visit it looked like he was figuring out the problem. I talked to the owner and we agreed that any repairs that were done will be undone so that I do not have to pay for repairs. Then the technician removed all the wires from the board making both heat and fan unusable. He did not just undo the "repairs", but made entire system unusable including fan and heat which were working before his visit. See the photos to show what was done!

My husband & I have better things to do than having an "agenda" as Harmonic accused. My husband was on a business trip. 3. I never called for an emergency repair. I did not switch from repair to cleaning & maintenance. I asked A. if C & M was possible afterward, unaware of 2 more with no heat. Harmonic called me "selfish" for this. 4. Any possibility A. and K. have unconscious biases towards people like me? They accused us of "manipulating" what? To save a few hundred bucks, while we spent in the tens of thousands at Harmonic's better former (aquired) company) you imagined up? 5. How could Harmonic accuse me of lying about my pain. Because I was able to and had to carry my 10 lb dog for a short moment because of her barkin? Why do I even have to explain my chronic severe back pain and mostly failed back surgeries and weak immune system? 6. I had no "agenda," but getting my heate fixed. I am not playing any "game" as accused. I am standing up for myself. 7. K.'s statistics on the number of my Goole reviews are false. 8. A. & K. are the ones who were "aggressive, harsh, unethical, disrespectful, and manipulative." Stop projecting and gaslighting. I wish I would remember to record conversations when I am alone with a person like A. Why did K pull down his absurd replies on Google?

We called 2 places before we called Dutchman on a Sunday after 5pm. They are the only ones that actually answered and called us back. By 6:30pm our furnace was fixed! I highly recommend them - great customer service, knowledge and caring!

    AC system had refrigerant leak. Had them fixed it 2 years ago and paid $1800. Had the same problem…read morethis week and paid them additional $1080 today. I trusted that they 'd do the job and look for the leak to fix it properly given the amount of money paid. I did some research afterwards and realize that they simply inject the dye sealant package ($50 cost) to do a temporary cover up which highly likely I will see a leak soon. It is very disappointing. Here is the invoice showing how they charge for an hour work today. Charged $262.50 to inject the sealant, and charged refrigerant by $175 / lb. My AC is 6 years old. - Updated after talking to the owner of the company. The owner told me on the phone that it will cost me $2000 + if they are conducting the leak search . As of 10/03/2024. The AC has failed, less than 10 days they have "fixed " the leak. They absolutely deserve a 1-star review. It is a borderline scam company. Make sure you get a quote from them and have them explain what they do to your system before agreeing to allow them to do any job. Had another company came out and identify the leak at the condenser within 30 mins. It was obvious due to oil presents where it shouldn't . Dutchman fool their customers in my case. Learnt my lessons.

The repair man, Alex, was prompt and identified the problem - two problems, actually. He was able to get the dryer running again, better than it had been. Reasonable price

    I read the Yelp reviews for Astera before I reached out to them, and the 5-star reviews are spot…read moreon! I sent a message via Yelp on a Sunday night and they immediately scheduled our oven troubleshooting for Monday afternoon. Their front office staff is incredibly responsive! George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain... I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. He let me know he would be calling them again in the morning and that he would reach out to me with an update. I've had plenty of negative or so-so experiences with other service technicians from other companies. This experience with George / Astera is so positive that I'm posting my review even before the service is completed. Astera will be getting first crack at all of my appliance and HVAC service calls going forward.
