Last night I walked into my basement to find water rising in the sewage clean out. It drained after not using water in the house, but you can imagine my panic at seeing water in the basement and even wet toilet paper coming out! I called DDP around 6pm, left a voicemail, and shortly after I had a call back. They could come first thing in the morning at 8am. A man named Jackson (we think, now we're not sure that was his name, so sorry!) came by right on time, asked us some questions, and got right to work. He was very kind and respectful. He explained what happened with our sewage (there were roots in the sewage line and he had to rod the line) and recommended some tips on how to evade something like this again. Jackson was in and out in less than an hour and even wiped down the area he worked in and left everything very clean. Extremely professional and efficient. Could not recommend this business more! I wanted to wait until we had another "issue" to write a more complete review (just one instance feels a little narrow), and from our two very urgent problems I can confidently say we will certainly use this company again with no hesitation next time we have a plumbing issue (which hopefully is no time soon plumbing issues suck haha). Dan arrived early (called first to see if I was home), put a mask on without being asked (COVID year, for future reference), and got to work. He told me the pricing before he started ($200, which is pretty standard). He was polite and friendly. De-clogged my drain, answered my questions, checked to make sure everything was in good working order before he left, and then ran my credit card and headed out. Everything was done in 1/2 an hour or so. Very impressive. I'll be calling Hogan again (though hopefully, I won't need to anytime soon). Good to have someone right in town, too.

I reached out to A&D for help with a clogged shower on a Sunday. Debbie was very helpful in…read morescheduling an appointment for the following day. There was a follow-up call to let me know that they were on their way and they arrived on-time. Everything was done with politeness and professionalism. They even answered all my silly questions from a homeowner that doesn't know much about plumbing. About a week later it became apparent that the drain clog which we thought was cleared had one more surprise in store for us. I called A&D for a return visit and they worked it out again. All has been good since then. They also reworked a bad drain pipe and installed a new faucet in my kitchen as well as installing a new faucet in my utility sink. These were jobs that I had been procrastinating about for years and I was glad that A&D was able to take care of them for me. I obtained an estimate from Gary after sending some photos of my job, and the final invoice was right in line with that initial estimate. I was able to get the work scheduled in a couple days, and the communication was great. I got text message alerts of arrival time window, and who would be coming. Once the Andrew and Gustavo arrived at my house on the day of the job, they were friendly and went right to work. They wore shoe covers when coming into my house, and they were very knowledgeable and communicated what they needed (like turning on the faucets in my bathrooms when the main water line was shut off). I had bought the utility sink that I wanted to replace my old one with so Andrew and Gustavo figured out the new piping that needed to be put in, and went the extra mile to make sure that the install of the sink was perfect by stabilizing the sink so it wouldn't be so shaky. The entire job took a little under three hours, and I was very pleased with the craftsmanship. All the work was explained to me. They truly live up to their namesake, Plumbing Pros!
