Hogan Plumbing has been the only plumber I would use for past 5 years. They installed a tankless water heater and serviced heater 2 years later. Had malfunctioning shower valve I called they came within an hour and fixed problem. Never hesitate, always call them first. Knowledgeable and price is right. read more

I needed to have my kitchen sink drain unclogged - double sink and dishwasher weren't draining, which was making a big mess. I called on Monday and had an appointment for Tuesday. Dan arrived early (called first to see if I was home), put a mask on without being asked (COVID year, for future reference), and got to work. He told me the pricing before he started ($200, which is pretty standard). He was polite and friendly. De-clogged my drain, answered my questions, checked to make sure everything was in good working order before he left, and then ran my credit card and headed out. Everything was done in 1/2 an hour or so. Very impressive. I'll be calling Hogan again (though hopefully, I won't need to anytime soon). Good to have someone right in town, too. read more

I no longer live in their service area but they were our go to plumbers . Always good service.

Colonel Hogan was marvelous. I had trouble in the can and he dropped by to see what wouldn't go down. It was hot and steamy in my barracks and his face was flushed. He was able to asscertain the problem and wiped it out quickly. Genr'l Bocarder stopped by ass well to lend a hand. A fine experience over all. read more

Nice and professional lady answered my call (rather than voice mail). Quick and smooth appointment process and get the job done less than 24 hours since my calling. Steve is the one to do the job. Everything looks easy to him. Very polite and did a great job. Charge is very reasonable. I think I can remove all other plumbing companies from my contact list. read more

Gas line was installed by Hogan Plumbing within 3 feet of operating window, as shown in picture. Had to hire and pay for another plumber to remove and reinstall as Chuck, project manager, refused to have Hogans plumbers perform work due to balance owed. This is a safety hazard and against residential and plumbing code. read more

Hogan Plumbing - Plumbing Near Me - Warrenville, Illinois

12/17/2020 - Called Hogan to replace some leaking shutoff valves under the kitchen sink. Dan was out the next day. He replaced three valves in about 20 minutes. Incredible! He was on time, neat, clean, friendly and efficient. read more

Recently I hired Hogan to rough in my master bath plumbing before remodeling and tiling prior to the stand alone tub and tub faucet installation. Unfortunately Hogans plumber made a significant mistake by not soldering the water pipe fixtures high enough in the floor which made it impossible to connect the free standing tub faucet. So we either had to tear up the newly installed tile or dig through the first floor ceiling to get to the pipes. To make matters worse the master bath tub area in question extended over Ôm the side entrance of our home. Therefore we had to tear up the entire ceiling to get to the pipes, Here's the rub. Denis Hogan expected me to pay for his companies mistake out of my pocket. I spent thousands of dollars with Hogan. He had the balls to whine that I deducted two hours from me remaining bill. Keep in mind I was forced to buy the materials and labor to repair the damage caused by tearing up my ceiling to get to the pipes caused by Hogans bad installation. One would think Hogan would appreciate me only holding back two hours for a shotty job. Why does Hogan expect his customers to fund their mistakes? Ridiculous! You better hope Hogans plumbers don't make mistakes otherwise they expect you to pay for their mistake! read more

Dan came out yesterday to inspect a water heater at our apartment and not only was able to find a replacement next day, but also was fantastic with his ability to troubleshoot a pilot lighting issue on the new heater. His promptness and professionalism was truly appreciated especially on his birthday week! I highly recommend Hogan plumbing and especially Dan. Zach his coworker seemed to be new and was a great guy as well. Thank you to you both! read more

Four years ago Hogan did the plumbing for a completely new bathroom shower remodel. They charge a premium price, but we felt it was worth it to have the job done well, and to our town's code. This past December we had water leaking down thru our kitchen ceiling from the shower. We called Hogan to diagnose the issue, and they determined it was a mistake made during their initial work (a bad seal, it had probably been slowly leaking for a very long time). So I was very disappointed that they still charged us to correct the problem and left us with two large holes in our drywall. I will not trust them with work again, since I now know that if there is a problem with their work within just a few years, they will not take responsibility. read more

My husband and I have been enduring a frustrating plumbing issue for some time now. We live in a townhouse with part of our living space upstairs overlapping with the neighbor's kitchen on their lower level. This made the leak difficult to track as the scheduling had to work for 2 households. Throughout the process, the team was helpful, courteous, responsive, and understanding of our concerns. We trust the integrity and quality of the work that Hogan delivers and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues. read more

I can't speak highly enough about Hogan Plumbing and their employees. They are always prompt and even faster in cases of emergency. I called them this morning at 7:45 AM regarding an issue with our sump pump and one of their experienced plumbers was out at my rental property at 8:40 AM. The job was completed at by 9:20 AM. If you are in need of a plumber, Hogan Plumbing should be your first call. read more

I will never call another plumber again. Honest and nice - they refused to charge me at all for a 10 minute service call, though he fixed my problem. Before Hogan Plumbing came, I called Roto Rooter for a "free estimate". They told me $400 to clear the drain. I mentioned that I previously paid $275 - guy said, " I'll do it for $275". I immediately decided I wasn't using Roto. Hogan Plumbing is an honest company. read more

I've been working with these guys for over 15 years--Tom, Denny, Steveo and Danny. They are honest, fair and always take care of the client. They take care of water heaters and do whole home rough plumbing and trim. I highly recommend them read more

Don't let these people into your house!!! We needed to have a repair done that involved breaking through a cement wall in the basement. Using a jack hammer, they broke through the wall and fixed the problem. Noone closed off the rest of the house from the working area, now I have cement dust covering everything in two levels of my house. I have been breathing cement dust dust all day and my eyes are gritty. The work was done very well, but the cleanup will take me all week. I can't believe was a mess they left. read more

Hogan has done several plumbing jobs for us during the 6 years we have lived in Waterville. They have cleared drains, replaced outdoor spigots, extended a gas line for our grill, and rough plumbed for a bathroom renovation. Steve at Hogan helped us find a way to get water to a fridge on a wall that didn't have plumbing. These guys know their stuff and do great work. The only negative is that they don't offer weekend or holiday coverage. read more

This goes to the review below, you can't possibly expect a plumber to get paid $10 for his time. That's ridiculous. $60 for a service call in the plumbing industry is cheap. read more

We had a problem in our downstairs bathroom. The shower drain was running slow and we had a company come out and rod the drain. They said that the cast iron drain was broken and needed to be fixed by breaking up the concrete floor and taking out the shower stall. The price was extremely high. Got 2 more quotes and they were also high. One company came out and they did not even investigate; just listened to what I told them. Another company came out and they did a little investigating and also just listened to what I told them. I called Hogan Plumbing and Jeremy rodded the drain thru the shower stall, but did not get very far. He went into the crawlspace and rodded thru the vent pipe and dislodged the clog. The shower stall is draining even better that it has before. Jeremy took the time and effort to find the problem. Hogan Pluming saved us a lot of money. Thanks Hogan Plumbing read more
