What a great experience! I had convinced myself that the sewer line was blocked by roots. Tyler was here at the expected time. 1 1/2 hours later my toilet was flushing without over flowing. I was given a price before he started working. Since all it was just getting the clean out open and getting the blockage out, that price was right and far less than I thought. Highly recommend! I am so pleased with Tim's service. He is very knowledgeable, quick, clean, and competitively priced. We have an old house, with very old plumbing. One of our bathroom sinks was leaking, so we called Good Guys Plumbing and after making us wait at home an entire day while they kept pushing back our appointment, they sent a guy who took 4 hours (including 2 trips to the hardware store), tracked mud all throughout the house, left the bathroom in complete disarray, and handed us a huge bill. Our water heater broke leaving a water leakage in our basement. Called Tim on the recommendation from our realtor. After telling him our issue, he gave us an estimate over the phone. Being a Friday afternoon, he told us he wouldn't get to us that day but said he could be out early afternoon on Saturday after another job that morning. A little while later he texted saying he'll try to get to us earlier and to our delight, the next morning he let us know that he could. I had Tim out last spring for a pipe problem that no one else was able to figure out. He knew right away and did a great job! I just had one of his men out today for a new toilet and sink drain cleaned out. Kyle was so pleasant, helpful, and did a great job in a short amount of time. In the past, getting the sink drain cleared meant someone coming with a big bucket, tools, and spending a lot of time. It never was cheap either. Kyle took a quick look with his flashlight, knew where the clog was, and cleaned it out in a few minutes at no charge. Who else does that!!
