TERRIBLE COMPANY! Didn't do the work promised and destructive! Eli and his helper came to the house to clean vents, including our laundry dryer vent. Paid extra to have our dryer vent cleaned, only to have them blow it from inside the house and completely clog the vent going outside, causing the dryer not to work. Also literally ripped our 2 ceiling vents in our basement out of the ceiling instead of unscrewing them, so our vents can't go back up and now we have to replace drywall!!! As Eli was finishing, my husband asked for the video and Eli promised he would email a link. We made several attempts to reach out and get our video with no response from Breathe Eazy. A great company to work with. The owner Curt drove from Lake City to Vero Beach to clean and inspect our chimney that has been standing since our house was built in 1939. He checked everything including the wood burning pot belly stove...all within a very short time and his fees were unbelievably reasonable...more than reasonable. Eli and his partner cleaned my dryer vent on 10/10/2023. They were punctual, professional and thoroughly completed the job, in addition to replacing a faulty dryer hose at no extra charge.
