After looking at the unit, Caleb, the service tech, told me I need to replace the whole system abd it would be 28k for a new furnace and a/c. Luckily I called for a second estimate. M & B inspected the unit and replaced the controller. The parts and labor were $350.00. If precision gives you an estimate, get a second opinion. They did however refund the price of the service call.

Thursday I get home and its freezing in my house. I notice that the thermostat reads 64 but set to 70. I call Zack, my saving grace!! He calls the office and they send Casey (sp?). Casey showed up that afternoon and found that a wire had shorted. Quick fix and he was on his way. I do recommend Dykstra.
