I chose Van Drunen over several other A/C companies to install Central Air in my home. The owner, Keith Van Drunen, is a man of integrity. The customer service I receive anytime I call with a question is excellent. I'm so glad I chose Van Drunen and I would recommend this company to anyone who has heating or cooling needs.

Van Drunen dispatched a representative to inspect the work, but he denied the existence of the problem. After trial and error, we were able to localize the leak to where the vent connects to the unit. I went on the roof and sealed it myself. Meanwhile, the unit ran out of freon just after the warranty expired and causing all my tenant's food to spoil. The service representative was almost tauntingly rude to me when explaining the issue. I contacted a semi-retired HVAC man from Lansing who advised that someone drilled a hole in the unit to leak the freon. Use this company at your own risk. There are so many much more dependable and professional companies in the NW Indiana/South Chicago area.

I asked around and got a strong recommendation from a friend for Smart Move. I'm so glad I did. They helped us out, sourced all the parts we needed, and coordinated an inexpensive but very thorough repair. Steve and his team did great work quickly and at a fair price. They're friendly, helpful, and they're happy to discuss technical details with interested nerds like me. But more importantly, our house is very comfortable and we feel safe thanks to the thorough repairs Smart Move made. Thanks so much!

I reached out to Jeff through FB page recommendations and he told me he would come and take a look Sunday morning at 9am. His team arrived on time and were able to fix the AC in an hour or so. He was excellent and explained everything in detail as to what the issue was and what he was doing to fix it. He is very honest which I really appreciate. Few hours later, the AC is working perfectly fine and he was able to provide a quote for my AC replacement which is more affordable compared to what the other business company recommended. Will be calling Jeff and his company for AC replacement in future and any future need! Highly highly recommend this business.

We're going to use ABC for our maintenance like flushing and any maintenance or repairs we need on the units in the future.
