We have been able to extend the life of our washer, dryer, stove, furnace, etc. Mike's Bremen service has saved us a substantial amount of money over the years ( repairing appliances for a fraction of the cost of buying new). In addition to calling for repairs, we also call them for recommendations when we do buy new appliances. Highly, highly recommend Mike's Bremen Service!

The day before the recent holiday weekend, our 8-year-old air conditioner decided to stop working…read more We immediately called the company that installed our HVAC system and had been handling its maintenance. Instead of speaking with someone, we were directed to a text system that assured us a technician would get back to us "shortly." More than nine hours later, we still hadn't heard a word. Our son, who has been a homeowner for a few years, recommended we call Zark. I'm so glad he did! When I called, Rob, the owner, said he was just grabbing a cup of coffee and would head over right afterward. True to his word, he arrived quickly. Rob confirmed the issue my husband suspected, replaced the faulty part, and had our air conditioner running again in no time. He also offered us a discount on the repair when we signed up for their routine maintenance plan--which is actually $50 less than what we had been paying the company that installed our system. Rob was honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and fair. It's refreshing to find a business that truly takes care of its customers, especially when you're dealing with an unexpected problem before a holiday weekend. Zark has definitely earned our trust, and they have gained loyal customers. We truly value businesses that stand behind their service and can be counted on when it matters most. Highly recommend!

All things that I love! Joyce got back to me soon after I hit send on the online form. She informed me she couldn't get anyone out the same day. I wasn't even considering that as an option, since it was already in the afternoon. However, she said someone would come the next day and they'd call before they got there....which they did. The tech was friendly, efficient, and an overall nice guy. He needed to get a part, which the shop had in stock. Overall, fixed within an hour or so at a reasonable price. Very happy!

5 stars, On a very cold Sunday after in Jan 2013 we called after the furnance refused to turn back…read moreon after I changed the furnace filter. The filter placement is in a difficult spot and I knew something might have gotten torn up as I did my job. My wife called, and the operator said we would be called back in 10 min. A man called within 5 or 10 minutes, and walked me through a check of things , like checking the furnace door switch, thermostat, etc to avoid having to come out and incur a $169 minimum charge, in case it was just turning off or on a switch. I made the decision to have him come out, he found a wire I did not see that became disconnected, and fixed it. Total Charge about $205. He also showed us how we no longer needed to do the difficult torsion inducing filter placement that caused this problem. He pointed out that the return register on the living woom wall had a direct sheet metal box connection to the furnance blower where could we can put the filter-so much easier! Repairman was courteous, went right to work, and I felt comfortable having him in our home-something I never know in advance. Id guess if this was not a Sunday but rather a weekday the rate would have been less, but given the circumstances, prompt resolution, good guy showing up and no bs upselling, I say well worth it.
