Dwayne worked with me over the phone to consolidate the project to include my furnace (on its last legs, also over 20 years old) at a VERY reasonable price. They scheduled for less than a week later. Could have been the next day but I was busy that weekend and it was MY decision to wait a few days longer. The install start-time window was 8am-10am, and Darrel called me to let me know when he was 30 minutes out and then promptly on time. The full job took 4 hours, including cleanup time. He cleaned up, was communicative, and very professional while in my home. DO NOT use their services. We had a Super Appliance Man technician come by this Sunday 11/15 to inspect our dishwasher and fridge. Not only was he unable to identify any issues or provide any solutions, we had realized after he left that he SCRATCHED UP our brand new hardwood floors when pulling the refrigerator out (he was rocking it back and forth instead of padding the floor). We immediately sent photo evidence and filed a complaint with their team, citing how disappointed we were and asking for some sort of resolution. Their team callously ignored our problems and claimed it was pre-existing. This is NOT the type of service provider you want coming into your house. I was referred through my home warranty company for an a/c repair. They called me as soon as they received the work order, got a technician out the next morning (with an apology that they couldn't fit me in same day, but would if they got a cancellation.) The technician was courteous, seemed very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my many questions. He tightened the valves and checked for leaks and then recharged the freon in my a/c system. He also noticed the drip hose was out of position and saved me from a big leak and possible mold. So far, so good. read more

Communication with this company has been horrific! Home warranty booked them on a Sat for a repair. Did not hear from them until Monday when I called and they weren't available until Wed. They gave me a repair time of 8am- 1pm. Unlike most companies they did not offer the Courtesy of calling to give a tighter window the day before or day of. It is now 1pm exactly and I have heard from no one in the company and now the front office is not answer the phone! I've never seen such poor communication! read more

I maintain very high standards for customer experience, so me giving 5 stars is saying something. The service was set up through my home warranty. They contacted me with 24hrs of the 48hr contact window to schedule the appointment. The tech Darrel communicated with me the day of and arrived early. I explained the problem and my problem solving and resolution steps. He listened (no interuptions), then asked quality questions, and within 5 minutes we agreed on an action plan to resolve the issue. Completely professional and respectful exchage with no condescending tone towards me. He said he would order parts immediately and set my expectation on arrival. Their office followed up with me 2 business days later just to confirm Darrel ordered the parts and to give me an estimated arrival. 2 days later they call to confirm the parts arrived (as estimated) and scheduled a service appointment. Appointment was scheduled for the afternoon, but Darrel called in the morning because he was in the area and asked if we'd like him to swing by then...yes please!!! He came in, did his thing, and was wrapped up in less than 30min. He left the area cleaner than when he found it. Reviewed what he did and showed us why the part was faulty. Gave me a few tips and was on his way. Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and respectful. Problem solved. In comparison to the previous service provider who was called for the exact same issue, the experience with Darrel and Super Applianceman was a night and day difference. We went from a horrible experience and an unresolved problem to a great experience and problem solved! I can't remember who my technician was, but we did a wonderful job. I had an issue with my Refrigerator water dispenser and Washer, and he took his time to test and observe to make the right recommendations. Turns out my water valve was going out. He quickly installed a new valve tested it out and now its working like new, no more surprise puddles!! Thank you. The washer was more of a signal quirk, he confirmed that it there was no damage that needed to be repaired and spent a good hour making sure there was nothing else wrong. I would never recommend this company to anyone. There is a burned hole at the top of my refrigerator and my refrigerator is not working. This "appliance company" came out and lied to me and my husband about the notes that they were putting in the system for my refrigerator. After taking my $100 service fee, despite an obvious defect in the refrigerator they said it was in working order and now my warranty company is refusing to fix it. Then when I called to speak to customer service the representative was rude, yelled at me and told me "what she was not going to do was to help" I am shocked that this place has any recommendations. This company is a fraud. I requested American Home Shield to check out my refrigerator that would work for 2 days and shuts off in the 3rd day. Works another 2 days and shuts off again on the 3rd day. This company was assigned to come over. I told the technician what was going on. His response was..."usually when something like this happens, the refrigerator just has to be replaced." So, I waited for 24 hours for AHS to contact me, because that's what they used to do. I didn't hear from them, hence I called AHS. AHS said that the technician reported that there's no issues at this time with the refrigerator. Which is completely false. I also called Super Appliance Man that their technician lied, instead of them to say that they will investigate to find out exactly what happened, or we apologize for sending the wrong information over to AHS, instead the lady that answered the phone said that I should get a second opinion, which I will have to pay a second $100 copay if the reports are the same. In addition, the lady had an attitude asking me..."so, what can she do about it." If the report is different I'm going to make sure to get the $100 from this company and give it to the second company with a different report. And please, beware of this company, and always ask them to submit a report in your present, and if they can not do so...a copy of the report that will be sent to AHS should also be given to the customer to verify that is what was discussed...is exactly what the technician has collected and will report, not some stupid made up stories. read more

I booked them for An AC repair. They at first Canceled the original appointment due to the rain but waited an extra 3 days despite sunny weather conditions. When the day came, they told me they would be there closer to 8am and came at 12pm. All that was ok because I understand there is a lot demand. When the technician arrived, he seemed to be in a rush. He reviewed the unit quickly and recommended a cleaning; for a 15 year old unit that very clearly was not working. He then started giving obscure reasons why and would not provide any clear next steps all while seeming to be in a rush. He then promised to send follow up instructions and pictures and I have yet to get anything. It was just a very off putting experience. I booked another technician I can trust and am going to ignore this company's recommendation. This review is specific to an ac; maybe you'll have better luck with smaller appliances and easier fixes. Also, really weird name for a company if I'm being honest. Update on this: I got another contractor who I trusted and it turns out there was a leak in the air conditioning unit and the condenser was not working. I'm not sure if this company is incompetent or dishonest. Just stay away from them. I'm posting this same review on yelp to warn people. read more

Where do I begin...my warranty company assigned this company to repair my central AC June 2018. The part finally arrived and was installed on Friday 06/29/18. After the repair was done, I confidently left my home believing that when I returned it would be cool. Not the case!!! When I returned home 6 hours later, the temperature was 83 and holding. I knew something was wrong! I immediately called the company only to get voice mail. THE COMPANY IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS...so if they just left your home on Friday and the unit stops working...you are out of luck until Monday. I can understand Super Appliance not taking new service orders Saturday & Sunday but existing orders?! It is ABSOLUTELY not acceptable for any company to not be available after leaving a customers home less than 8 hours after a repair. The frustration was exacerbated after not being able to reach a human to address the current issue. If the company had an answering service I might not have felt so helpless. Yes, the team members are nice but that does not address the fact that I can't get a human to discuss a failed repair job. read more

MY FAMILY COULD'VE DIED IF I DIDNT GET A SECOND OPINON!!! I had to use this HORRIBLE company because of my home warranty. My furnace died and their technician tried to tell me that "it just needed to be cleaned," which of course he wouldn't do himself. He flipped an electric switch and told me to keep doing that if my furnace started blowing cold air again. I had to call another company (and spend $200) to come do regular maintenance on my furnace and they told me that my furnace was BEYOND REPAIR. My warranty company then made the same guy come back from Super Appliance Man and he still wouldn't do anything to check my furnace besides saying the duct was clogged... I finally got my warranty to company to send another company out to look at my furnace and they actually did a thorough evaluation and checked for carbon monoxide. They also deemed my furnace was BEYOND REPAIR and was LEAKING CARBON MONOXIDE. BOTTOM LINE... if I would've gone with the "advice" from Super Appliance Man my family and I would've DIED. Tech made the appointment to check out the Haier combo washer/dryer. We were working through a warranty program called New Leaf. After the tech inspected the unit and let me know the heating element was no longer working, he let me know he would call his office and get the next appointment set up for the install. I received a call the next day from the warranty company, New Leaf saying that the tech found "nothing wrong" with the unit, so nothing else would be done. They stated that I was the one who claimed the heating element was no longer working. I do not know appliance parts so its impossible for me to state a specific part and claim that its not working. The tech was polite and friendly and I had a reasonable quote for parts & work (cost of diagnostic check $60 was rolled in) that could be done within 24 hours. No express up-charge or rush fees! Today is Wednesday and my washing machine was repaired before noon! The repair tech was even 10 minutes early for the appointment! The tech was again very friendly and professional, explained everything that was broken, likely why it broke, and created confidence in us that we had made the right choice to repair for less than 1/3 of the cost to replace. I had another appliance company service my refrigerator a few weeks ago after my refrigerator would not cool. After charging me $150.00 and my refrigerator would still not cool I had a hard time for them to return my calls. So I called Superman appliance and with in 30 minutes a service man was at my door. He defrosted the coils and changed the motor out (what should have been done in the first place) and my fridge is back to cooling. I only wish I would have called them first. Super Appliance Man was sent out to me via my home warranty company (American Shield) to service my washer and dryer. On attempt one, they never showed or called. On attempt two, without pulling my machine apart, the technician was able to start it. Two days later, my machine stopped again. Last Friday, the same technician came out and discovered that it was a belt that broken. He left my machine open and was to call me back and never did. I had to call the company to find out they had to order the part. Yesterday, I called to see if the part came it. It did so I made an appointment for today. The same technician came today and was able to change the belt. He left and I started my machine. I got ready to make a run and smelled smoke. My machine was smoking. Super frustrated.
