They provided the lowest price while other companies were looking to up charge and quoting me higher prices so I hired them and couldn't be happier with results. 1 year in and our minisplit works great! I have since used them again to install a tankless water heater after our old one gave out and once again they were able to get someone out next day to complete the job. The first company we called tried to, I assume, take advantage of the hot temperatures and gave us an astronomically high quote (7x higher than Air Source 1), which we declined. I then got no less than 10 phone calls saying "please give us a call so we can talk about your situation. Some called more than once. I did and immediately noticed that the box for the electrical conduit was wide open on top and the point of the conduit entrance to the building was also not sealed properly. The fire department was called and we (me, my wife, and our 3 kids) were without heat on a 20 degree night. The following morning I made a few inquiries just hoping to get something scheduled and I was surprised to find they had someone available almost immediately. When I asked them to explain further the manager just kept repeating these are the charges for the services you received. The manager Sasha, Told me that her boss and owner would be on vacation for a month and that she would not be able to provide an email or phone number for them because they did not like to be bothered on vacation. I'm not exactly sure why they're cleaning the coil in fall/winter either. It was a complete scam! I made the appointment with them on Wednesday morning for Wednesday night between 7 and 8 PM. At 8 PM the technician still has not arrived and I called the company to ask for an ETA. The representative then informed me that the technician had a family emergency and would have to reschedule for tomorrow. I gave the company another chance and rescheduled for the following night, Thursday night between 6 and 7 PM. The technician showed up at 7:50 PM. They have no website and the address that is provided off of Laramie is fake. Give your money to someone else. Literally anyone is cheaper.
