Once he was here, we asked him his opinion on two wall switches in a different room that were not working, and he stayed longer (while I ran to Home Depot for new toggle switches) to fix both of them as well for just a little more added to our total. The fan install was a little more difficult than Ted anticipated, and it was an insane night in our home as well (my husband's car was at the shop and he needed it for work the next day so we had to get that taken care of while Ted was here working) - I'm sure he thought we were nuts, but he was very gracious and understanding about everything! The end results look great, and I am SO happy our light switches are working again - all of this was done for a third of the cost we were quoted by someone else to just do the install and paint the office ceiling (we ended up doing the painting ourselves anyway). Since it's a 32" tv, he suggested going with a new tv since the part, new would be $160+. (Aram did also offer that they had a 32" in the store for $99). Raffi was open to me making a low cost effort to repair the tv by having a $20 part shipped from a recycler to the shop. Though the part was an exact match for what was in my tv, it didn't fix the problem (suggesting it would be a more complicated problem with the display itself). I took care of returning that part. All these checks were part of the $39 diagnostic. They took care of recycling my old tv and I went ahead with shopping for a new 32" tv.

However, later found out that there was substantial damage done to one of the speakers I had installed (MSRP $999/each). I reached out to the owner and was told there was no way their team could've caused that damage and to return my products to the vendor. Pictures show this is clearly not an issue from use, as the driver is pretty much shoved in on one side. Notwithstanding, some of the work was not performed as initially discussed (i.e. ethernet cables to cameras were run outside instead of through soffits/attics), and the team was quick to make holes in the ceilings and walls (which ended up being in the wrong places). Given how things have shaken out, I cannot recommend this company for any work. Let the work speak for itself in the photos and see the other reviews online regarding damage. The free work Ron mentioned is shown below with the one ethernet cable hanging from the side of the house. I paid in full afterwards, so if I had high expectations or demands that were "met," I think the highest expectation I had was for them not to damage the very thing they're installing. I actually have texts from Mo partway into the installation where he essentially told me to install things myself because he thought they were too valuable for him to install (which was part of the services I hired them for). Also beware of some of the other positive reviews, as one just popped up that of course mentions "no holes" for similar set up and the initials match one of the employees on Yelp (Mo N.), but on Google and Thumbtack it shows two different names altogether for the same review. Seems like they're padding the reviews and photos so you won't see the work they did at my home.... They're also now threatening me via text to stop updating my reviews for calling them out. There's been a handful of 5 star reviews in the last 24 hours after posting my review used some old photos from their Thumbtack and website (which they removed and replaced).
