Buyer Beware! Ordered 50 pcs first order with them and everything was a breeze. Placed 2nd order for same amount and it was a nightmare. They printed the wrong logo on attempt 1 (didn't use most updated art file)- they did the right thing and replaced the shirts at their expense. Ran the order a second time and did the logo wrong again despite the approved proof being correct. This time I spoke to the owner Pete- worst experience I've had with an owner in the Promotional Products business in over 27 years. He was smug, arrogant, showed no remorse for the situation he put us in and refused to replace the shirts again despite the fact someone in his own art dept altered our logo which led to it not being printed correctly for the 2nd time. So I had to re-purchase the shirts again so I could get the shirts to my customer in time for their event. Again, no apology/remorse, just kept saying as a contract printer he is only responsible for the cost of the print. So he credited that cost but I was still out the cost of having to pay for the shirts twice for something they screwed up. In addition, order was supposed to ship 5/5 and didn't ship until 5/19. No follow up from him after the fact. Surely doesn't value or appreciate his clients. Update to Paul's reply- Paul your facts are still not even accurate on what transpired. The fact you're the owner and still don't know is baffling to me. The second batch didn't follow the approved proof or art and had nothing to do with pms colors. Your art dept altered the logo so parts of it ran through parts that it shouldn't have. Even more baffling this could happen with DTG printing! Get your facts straight before you spew out nonsense in a reply to a bad review. Perhaps you should spend more time really digesting all these negative reviews about your bad service and try to improve them instead of making baseless claims. There seems to be a lot of them! Bottom line is you single handedly ruined 100 shirts on a 50 pc order. We didn't do anything wrong other than trusting you with our orders. If your art dep screwed up and altered the art then you should replace the shirts. I don't care what you state in your price list. Doing right by the client after an internal mistake (especially after you screwed up the first batch) should have been your top priority. Instead you only cared about your costs and didn't care about the fact we had to pay for the same shirts twice and held us hostage since we had a deadline. read more

Same day tees more like next month tees. Worst experience I've had with a Printer up-charges for shipping. Confusing timelines and customer service needs a huge improvement. We paid and they canceled our order left us to have to find a last minute printer elsewhere. Pete didn't even have the courtesy to call or email to cancel I only found out after receiving a cancellation email. read more

Support didn't give a clear explanation or a helpful solution (like a quick fix option or an easy same-day alternative). This wasted my time, and I wouldn't recommend them for urgent/same-day orders. read more

I can tell you that to do business with this company is difficult. Besides the horrible customer service they nickle and dime you to death. It seems like the philosophy is to make things difficult at every step. It must come from the top because i dealt with different people in my dealings with them..never again go elsewhere. Poor customer service and overall bad experience. Not sure why it was such a difficult task to make up some T shirts. On top fot hat handle some of the issues with them (few shirts were way off center and print crooked). Owner is all smiles first communications but then you have to deal with some bad stuff. I can tell you firsthand that this company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They are very unprofessional in the way they talk and deal with people as a whole. The problems come from the top and trickle down. First impressions say a lot about a company, and I will never work with them. Got a shirt done here, practically fell apart when I washed it (Edit: this was done while I worked there, a few friends had shirts printed under my recommendation to them so they weren't for me. The same way that if I work in a store I'm gonna tell people to shop there when I know there's something they want, its just good for business. Although the shirt they gave me didn't do much better) Now as someone who also worked here for a while, don't apply to work here either. I let it go when the owner lied to me about the job offering one position and sticking me in a different one he could me less for, I played along when he would tell us to do things like use less ink on prints because it's cheaper or blame employeesfor doing what he tells them too, I even looked the other way on his annual round of layoffs to save money, but lying about people performances ruining chances for new jobs is to far. For anyone reading this that applies or already works there, this is so know exactly what to expect. read more

well lets just say if you have only one item to work with the owner wants nothing to do with you. Before i could get a price on at least 150 polo shirts for the summer that i was going to order. The owner was rude, and said the one item jacket i had was not enough for him to work with. I did mention i was going to order other items. His lousy farmer ass attitude was enough for me to walk out and never do business with him.
