    Buyer Beware! Ordered 50 pcs first order with them and everything was a breeze. Placed 2nd order…read morefor same amount and it was a nightmare. They printed the wrong logo on attempt 1 (didn't use most updated art file)- they did the right thing and replaced the shirts at their expense. Ran the order a second time and did the logo wrong again despite the approved proof being correct. This time I spoke to the owner Pete- worst experience I've had with an owner in the Promotional Products business in over 27 years. He was smug, arrogant, showed no remorse for the situation he put us in and refused to replace the shirts again despite the fact someone in his own art dept altered our logo which led to it not being printed correctly for the 2nd time. So I had to re-purchase the shirts again so I could get the shirts to my customer in time for their event. Again, no apology/remorse, just kept saying as a contract printer he is only responsible for the cost of the print. So he credited that cost but I was still out the cost of having to pay for the shirts twice for something they screwed up. In addition, order was supposed to ship 5/5 and didn't ship until 5/19. No follow up from him after the fact. Surely doesn't value or appreciate his clients. Update to Paul's reply- Paul your facts are still not even accurate on what transpired. The fact you're the owner and still don't know is baffling to me. The second batch didn't follow the approved proof or art and had nothing to do with pms colors. Your art dept altered the logo so parts of it ran through parts that it shouldn't have. Even more baffling this could happen with DTG printing! Get your facts straight before you spew out nonsense in a reply to a bad review. Perhaps you should spend more time really digesting all these negative reviews about your bad service and try to improve them instead of making baseless claims. There seems to be a lot of them! Bottom line is you single handedly ruined 100 shirts on a 50 pc order. We didn't do anything wrong other than trusting you with our orders. If your art dep screwed up and altered the art then you should replace the shirts. I don't care what you state in your price list. Doing right by the client after an internal mistake (especially after you screwed up the first batch) should have been your top priority. Instead you only cared about your costs and didn't care about the fact we had to pay for the same shirts twice and held us hostage since we had a deadline.

We paid and they canceled our order left us to have to find a last minute printer elsewhere. Pete didn't even have the courtesy to call or email to cancel I only found out after receiving a cancellation email.
