That piece made me consider using them for my own printing--but unfortunately, my personal experience with the business has been frustrating from the start. I contacted High-Five on May 27, 2025, to inquire about getting some items printed. I uploaded my design and dropped off my clothing on May 29. From that point forward, it was a mess. Every time I called to check in, the person on the phone seemed completely confused about what I had dropped off. That alone made me nervous about whether my items would be printed correctly--or even returned at all. The owner told me, "It'll be ready by the end of next week." Two weeks passed--same response. A month later--still no update or progress. Finally, I called again today (July 29) and was told that the items still hadn't been printed, though suddenly they could be done by tomorrow. When I said I just wanted my clothing back since it had now been two full months, the owner argued with me and said, "It hasn't been two months." Honestly, that was the most frustrating part. A simple apology would've gone a long way. Instead, I was met with defensiveness. Also worth noting: the shop itself feels like a disorganized nightmare when you walk in, which matches the experience I had dealing with them. I had email receipts and documented dates and times for when I dropped everything off and followed up, so the timeline was never in question. I just picked up my items today, and thankfully, everything was accounted for. But I won't be coming back.

Since they are located along my commute, I decided to go with Ink Matrix. Their sales staff responded in a timely manner with a very reasonable price for a relatively small (30 shirts) order. I received my order less than a week after delivering payment. I should note that Ink Matrix accepts cash, checks & credit cards, however there is an added fee for use of credit cards.
