This year, I had to have the shirts made in less than a week, when I asked about the deadline they answered with absolutely no problem, I was blown away. Granted it was a smaller order, only 36 shirts, but the turn around time was outstanding. I also needed to accommodate many sizes, including harder to find ones like 4XLT, and they were able to do so with ease. Now, the most important part - the shirts look awesome. That seemed expensive, but I didn't have anything to compare it to so I went with it. I called a month and a half later and asked why I wasn't notified that it was completed. I was told that they tried calling when it was done but my voicemail was full. I was disappointed they didn't try calling a second time and the shirts set finished for weeks before I reached out to them. Perhaps they're better to work with for bigger orders, but I wouldn't recommend them for small jobs.

Drive for like maybe another 2000 miles until you get to Iowa, but if you hit the city you went too far. But it's by the pet hotel. I think it's a nice location, they had to get out of the bay to get a bigger spot but they still ship to Cali. I contacted High-Five on May 27, 2025, to inquire about getting some items printed. I uploaded my design and dropped off my clothing on May 29. From that point forward, it was a mess. Every time I called to check in, the person on the phone seemed completely confused about what I had dropped off. That alone made me nervous about whether my items would be printed correctly--or even returned at all. The owner told me, "It'll be ready by the end of next week." Two weeks passed--same response. A month later--still no update or progress. Finally, I called again today (July 29) and was told that the items still hadn't been printed, though suddenly they could be done by tomorrow. When I said I just wanted my clothing back since it had now been two full months, the owner argued with me and said, "It hasn't been two months." Honestly, that was the most frustrating part. A simple apology would've gone a long way. Instead, I was met with defensiveness. Also worth noting: the shop itself feels like a disorganized nightmare when you walk in, which matches the experience I had dealing with them. I had email receipts and documented dates and times for when I dropped everything off and followed up, so the timeline was never in question. I just picked up my items today, and thankfully, everything was accounted for. But I won't be coming back.

Around since 1977, HP Tops is your town t-shirt printing shop that has a space packed with garments and clothing blanks for all your printing needs...whether a Bar/Bat Mitzvah giveaway, a customized gift, or shirt for camp, this is your one stop shop. We needed a special shirt made, a simple black t-shirt with some lettering on it. We walked in, told the owner what we wanted, he arranged the letters perfectly on the heat press, and did the shirt on the spot in less than 15 minutes. All in all the total came to $21. Shirt cost + $.50 per letter. They have an online ordering system, but we were told it's better to come in to make sure it turns out okay. I personally suggest going in, because the customer service is off-the-charts fantastic, and the shop is a fun visit...even if you just want to browse and drum up a conversation.
