I was there early morning and wanted a suite and shirt dry cleaned by the end of the day. I was told there would be an upcharge to have them done the same day. They did do a good job but they way over charged me. 31 dollars for a suite and shirt is over doing it. I read some reviews on google and most of the other people agreed with me and said they over charge and felt mislead by their signage inside and outside the store that says one hour cleaning.

I have been trying to work with this business, and he has grossly failed at communication and repayment resulting in legal action. all he had to do was answer the phone and communicate. When I brought the pants back to Time to ask about what had happened, expecting them to remedy the problem, they claimed I either spilled orange juice on my pants or I had a moth problem in my home. There was nothing they could do! I neither drink orange juice, nor have I ever had a moth in my home. I also have 15+ pairs of wool dress pants, none of which have ever encountered a problem like this.
