A few weeks ago I finally took a really old jacket over 20 years old, that had also sat in my closet around an additional 10, thinking I could replace the cuffs myself. I couldn't believe how good the repair looks, like new! They didn't even measure my wrist, just followed the original sizing of the frayed tattered cuff. Just perfect. I got these jackets on sale from Joe Banks a year ago for $199 each, but can't wear them because I've lost weight. These people wanted close to $100 for each jacket! I don't care how good they are that kind of money for a taper and 1/4 inch sleeve (no button moves involved) is ridiculously high. When I asked if they'd consider a volume discount I was met with rudeness. Count me out because the one thing I will NEVER do is spend my hard earned money to be disrespected. I pass.
