I took two pairs of pants to have elastic put on the waist and this is what I got back. WTF! I went back to the cleaner and the lady yelling at me "oh shut up" no one else complains. Umm well I guess I'm the only one who doesn't like holes in my pants. Never do business here. Now I'm out of $80 for the pants and $20 I paid to have them fixed. read more

Update: their prices have gone up to over $5 per shirt for launder and iron. I go to CD One Price in Countryside and they are $2. Clean Clean won't last much longer. I like to support small family run businesses instead of a chain, but no one can expect to stay open charging more than double. Oh well, it's worth the 15 minute drive to save $30/week between shirts and pants. read more

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could, I went in to get a pair of pants taken in along the legs, first off the language barrier is horrible, after being there almost 20 minutes putting safety pins along the legs she tells me go ahead and take them off. She goes to ring me out and she tells me $41.00 !!!! Is she out oh her mind!!!! She turns gets an attitude and walks away. I'm clicking the one star cause I have to click something. HORRIBLE experience!!! I brought it an Under Armour jacket that needed to be cleaned. SIMPLE!! Well I came to pick it up and the lady (who's English is very difficult to understand) told me that it was ready but that the zipper needed to be fixed and that she'd fix it for $30. Problem is the zipper wasn't broken when I dropped it off. I was FURIOUS especially because she was just smiling and laughing when I was telling her that I would not pay for a new zipper and demanded they either fix or replace my jacket. Long story short I have to wait an extra week for my jacket and I have a feeling I'm going to have a problem when I pick it up. Stay tuned!! Never EVER will I be back. Screw this place!! read more

They shrunk my sweater from a large to small. I tried the sweater on and the sleeves were in between my elbows and wrists. Seriously!!! Then the yarn was pulled out throughout the whole sweater. My beautiful sweater ruined. Didn't even bother to tell me. I DO NOT recommend this place!! read more

Been coming here for a several years but their service has gone downhill. Brought in a coat & 2 buttons needed repair but all the buttons were there. But now a button was missing. His response "I'm the owner I don't lie. Button already was missing!" He proceeded to say he made a note but when I tried to bring up the invoice he said oh I made it late after you left. I said, why didn't you call me & tell me?! I don't lie & I no want to argue. Then he walked away. That's it no longer will recommend or go to that dry cleaners. read more

I took two shirts for alterations and both times the shirts were not altered at all as I requested. Had to take them back and then the problem was corrected. I recently took in a dress for alterations and the seamstress wanted to charge me $110, I said no, took the dress somewhere else and paid $20 for a very good job. read more

Everytime I have come to this place, I have been pleasently surprised to the quality of the dry cleaning here. The prices are also extremely reasonable. Actually everytime I come here it's interesting to see how many cops get their dry cleaning done here, you see dozens of uniforms hangin on the racks. They can put a rush on your order just in case you finally made up your mind to go to that wedding you really didn't want to go to in the first place. Or the dreaded meet the gf's parents out for dinner and you don't want to make the impression that the thrift store t-shirt and the pj pants with the cigarette burn are your idea of ideal dinner dresswear. read more

Do not bring military uniforms to get patched. Everything was dry cleaned well but i asked them to put my rank on my 2 coats, 2 long sleeves, and 2 short sleeves, and the long sleeves are the only things that are done right. I asked them to correct one coat and they agreed but it is still off centered and crooked. read more

If there were half a star, they would receive this instead. I recently dropped off four shirts that I requested they be Pressed Only. This was on a Friday, I was told that they would be ready for pick up after 5pm the following Tuesday. I went in a few days after, only to learn that they could not find my shirts. The person who attended me kept asking, "did you not pick them up already?". First red flag. I was told to come back later. 2nd Red Flag. When I called later instead of going in, I was told by the same person, to come in at 6pm that same day with no explanation. When I indicated that I could not, then she stated, "you come back tomorrow at 6pm. Again, I stated that I could not. She then indicated that she was not the Manager and that I needed to talk to the manager. I thought, shouldn't the Manager call me, after all it's their business? At this point, I have yet to speak to the "Manager" and the person who seems to answer the phone each time I have called is quick to get me off the phone. Now, if the "manager" is never around, then who is minding the store? I have no faith that I will see those shirts ever again. Maybe, just maybe this will get resolved. But I can assure you that they will never see any more business from me again. read more

This place seriously overcharges for what they provide. garments and linens are clean but not necessarily in a timely manner. every time I've brought clothes here I am charged a different price for the same garment. when questioned about this, the owner/staff have no answer at all, even when shown previous receipts. there are other cleaners in the garfield ridge/clearing area that offer comparable service at a much fairer price. read more

I used Clean Clean Drycleaners for the first time for two dresses with a lot of beading. One was very badly stained and I assumed that it would be a lost cause. Clean Clean was able to get out the stains and now the dress looks brand new! The prices were beyond reasonable, the owner is friendly and helpful, and I would highly recommend! read more

have to talk to the manager I was there before 10, but elderly brash woman behind the counter insisted on charging me extra. I told her I have been coming here since 2009, and the cut off is 10:00. She said it's. 8:00. I asked for the manager but he isnt in until 12:30. I asked for her name and she kept saying "mean old lady". My name is Jesus. I have a white suit wich I had previously taken to another dry cleaner and when I got it back the stains that were on the suit were still there. So I looked up other dry cleaners and luckily I found this one here I talked to the owner and he told me he would do his best to take off the stains and after two days I came back to get it and I was happy to see that all the stains were gone. This is not the place to take anything to be altered. Took a jacket in to altered nothing was done to the jacket and they insisted that they altered it. Would not fix the issue wanted to charge me a second time. Had to just eat the lost looking for a good tailor. read more

This cleaner has been of quality work since the new owner came in. Although they are not the best at English, they are one of the most friendliest people you will ever meet. They are reasonable if they make mistakes and they are willing to go out of their way to please you. Unlike other cleaners, this cleaner has had many more services and has exceeded my standards. For example, one time i was attending an unexpected funeral and although their machines were all down they did they best they could in a matter of two hours to get my clothes done. You don't see that everyday! I recommend anyone to come to this cleaners! It's not only convenient but very reasonable. read more
