Paid cash for cleaning an item and then they said it was UNPAID when it came time to pick up the item. They are now guilty of THEFT! They took our money and our very expensive dry cleaning! To make matters worse, they were very rude when confronted about it, even though there are witnesses who saw them take the money! BEWARE! BEWARE! I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere because they'll probably be out of business soon based on the way they treat they're customers!! I brought in a costume dress/overcoat that needed to be taken in, shortened and have straps added to hold up the mask area. That sounds like a tall order, right? It was and this business delivered. After the first alteration, I needed it taken in more. They did and I am happy with the result. I think the price asked was a little high, but still fair for all I asked to be done. The staff were all so nice and accommodating to my requests. I highly recommended this local jewel!

However, I am highly disappointed in the service rendered. I needed a zipper fix. From what I assumed was a simple fix. The employee, an older guy with a salt and pepper beard, with a non-hospitable tone, decided to tell me that it wasn't and he don't know why I would think that. Thrown off by just meeting him. I stated that I am not a seamstress and this is why I brought it to him, lol! He told me that it would be $25 to fix and to pick it up Thursday of the following week. Although that price seemed a bit steep, I obliged, because again, I am not a seamstress! I left out, receipt in my hand, side-eyeing what I just experienced. I returned that Friday, the day after my pants should have been altered. I was greeted by that same guy. As he was helping other customers, he yelled out to me as I walked in. NO hello, may I help you, give me a second...nothing. "Could you give me 20 more minutes? he called out. I didn't know that he was talking to me, so I pointed to myself and said, "Who me?" He said, "Yes, I didn't know when your pants were due, I didn't write a date on there. You can take your pants and get a refund." Geesh, I thought, what is this guy's problem! I glanced at my watched and noticed I couldn't accommodate his request due to having to pick up my son. So, I told him that I would come back. (I should have just taken my item and left). I returned the next day, rung the bell, and walked in. I was greeted with a strong manly voice from the back of the shop. "Last name." He comes the side-eye again, because what kind of customer service is this? I told him my last name. He walked out, same guy, put my pants on the counter, walked away, without a word. What the hell???? I checked my pants and left. Never... again. 0 0 out of 10 WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

This cleaners somehow ruined 1 pair causing it to be so stretched out that it was like 2 sizes bigger.The original turn around was to long of a wait and I would not recommend this cleaners if you like your clothes. First time client, I had read great reviews so I brought a jacket and coat in. When I brought in…read morethe jacket I specifically showed where lint was on the jacket which was on the front, I saw no spots. I go to pick up the jacket, and there were two spots on the front. They said they tried to call, and maybe they did and it went to spam, but yet they still cleaned it and charged me. One would think that you should not clean it until I could be reached. Either they are responsible for the spots, or they should have waited to see me before cleaning it! From my experience with other cleaners, if they have a question about an item, they don't clean it until we talk. The coat looks fine, but still a very big waste of $45. Never again will I go, or recommend.
