The Woman that does the alterations took my items away from the store to have someone off premises to help w orders mine was one of them . She claimed after 2 months that she was not able to get to my items and that I should come back and pick it up . Couple days I returned to retrieve my items she says she can't find them and that she would look . After a week 2 weeks no call from her I go back to the store and she still says she can't locate the items . This week she offered me 150$ proudly to compensate me for my 2000$ purse and 700$ shoe she basically stole . I called the police and filed a theft report. Do not take your items there they steal and stand by their policy of paying out to you 10x the cost of repairs which isn't fair that a policy is written and gives them permission to basically steal and pay you whatever if your items are lost or damaged .

I tell him I can but I need my clothes and I explained this yesterday. He then calls the police on me because I asked for my items. Didn't yell. Didn't make a threat. Just asked for my items. This laundromat used to be one of the best ones in the Heights, but lately there seems to be a new…read moreissue every time I come in. The dryers aren't heating properly, and some of the washing machines don't get water until the cycle is damn near over. You end up having to add extra detergent and water from the sink just to get proper suds. When I brought these issues to the attendant's attention, instead of simply acknowledging the problem, I was met with an attitude and told that they "aren't mechanics" and that the water valve is slow. I never said you were a mechanic. I was informing you of an issue so that management could be made aware and, at the very least, a sign could be posted to let customers know there's a problem with certain machines. There's absolutely no reason to be rude to someone who is simply trying to make you aware of an issue. Customer service still matters. And then there are two giant signs that say NO PARKING, yet people are still allowed to park there. This makes it extremely difficult to bring your laundry through the front door, especially when you're carrying multiple bags or trying to load and unload your clothes. It also makes it difficult to access the designated parking area. This place really needs some attention. I hate to see a laundromat that used to be one of the best in the Heights go downhill because of poorly maintained equipment, confusing parking, and poor customer service. Hopefully management takes these concerns seriously and gets things fixed.
