After text back and forth, he said he would pay for the items after 2 bounced checks and dodging phone calls and text messages. I have been trying to work with this business, and he has grossly failed at communication and repayment resulting in legal action. all he had to do was answer the phone and communicate. I picked up my dress and the crystal broach was ripped off. I called the manager who NEVER offered me any compensation for my dress. He told me to buy another broach and I'll have to bring it to another location in Woodfield Mall to have it replaced by his seamstress. Of course I declined this. Its been over a month and the manager has not contacted me again about fixing/paying for my damaged dress. I'll never do business with them again. I'm also not letting this go.
