Horrible customer service, I have been a customer for a very long time. I noticed on my grocery receipt that it came with a coupon. Just because it was from a different Mariano's location and the coupon populated from a different area they are not taking it. To my understanding CD One is NOT a franchise it is a corporation. So that means all the coupons apply at any location you are having your clothes cleaned at. On top of not having to take this coupon. They also didn't recognize the coupon from Yelp when you check into this location to do a review, so how is it that a corporate office has all these commercials and deals for the customers and employees at the front desk have no idea about it and make you feel as if you're not right. Everything on those coupons are valid. Dates and all. Very disappointed as I am calling customer service and no one responds as well. Not a good look. Years ago I asked them to not use safety pins to hang my clothes because it pulls the fabric and leaves holes in the clothes. They agreed and even noted this on the account in their system. On the rare occasion I took my clothes there, they continued to utilize safety pins. When I pointed out it was contrary to my request as noted in their system, they were offended. I stopped taking my clothes there. Unfortunately, when my husband took his shirts there to be cleaned, they had blocked the account. When I got then home I noticed a card attached to my suit that said they "couldn't do more or would risk damaging the fabric." I have no idea what they did or didn't do. My pairs of pants were NOT creased and weren't even ironed. They were just put on the hanger. I called back 5 times and was told the manager wasn't in. He called and I was at work I called back and left a message with my time off (2:45 pm) and the best time to reach me. He called me back letting me know HIS time off (2:00 pm), which I'm guessing meant I need to call him before then. I'm done using this place. Great customer service, fast turnaround, vast services offered. I love coming here and getting same day or next day service. I like that they offer duvet/comforter cleaning at a decent price and that they have started tailoring.....though Saturday morning I didn't see the tailor. There are some items they don't take which is a bummer but I'd rather you refuse an item then give it back to me ruined. Also if you go to different locations you have to reregister so to speak. I cant give five stars because this is the only one within 15-20mins. Every other location is a solid 30mins or further plus they aren't full service ie shoe repair. In DC/NYC the cleaners and shoe repair collaborate and are located in a one stop shop. Overall I recommend if you need clothes cleaned fast at a fair price. read more

I was using this cleaner for a while because it was close and turnaround was quick. Im not sure what they were doing with my suits though. They were coming back wrinkle free, but didnt smell fresh. This was not ideal for the summer time. I tried another cleaner that may have cost a little more, but the garments were coming back smelling clean. If I want something pressed, but I'm not concerned about cleaning, I'll consider CD. If I want something clean, I'll go elsewhere. read more

I've never met a management team with such poor empathy for their customers. Here's my issue: the cleaners pressed the collars of my shirts so high it looks like I've popped my collars circa 1980. I pointed the issue out and the young lady looked at me like it was not worth addressing. I now need to have the collars on 13 shirts corrected. I haven't seen the manager that was there when I first started going and there's a new employee who doesn't have a clue! He doesn't speak English very well and wanted to charge my credit card twice! I put 2 dresses in there 2 weeks ago, one was a linen white dress, the other was a cotton dress. When I went to pick it up a week later I noticed two yellow spots on the back of the dress and in the back up near the middle of the back of the dress there was ink. I wore this dress one time for our Women's Day at church. I asked where did these spots come from the young lady tried to explain it was there I said no it wasn't. I do not recommend this place, they used to give good service, not anymore. I took my husband suit and they damage all the lining of the jacket and broke one of the buttons. The trousers have wrinkles from the plates they used to iron it .More then $500 suit ruined in the first cleaning. I called them to complain and they offered me to speak with the manager tomorrow ( Thursday) but as I told them I need it for this Saturday morning they answered that was not possible to have it fixed by then. I had a shirt damaged and the manager yelled at me on the phone, tried to tell me there was no claim process and that my Chaps shirt as poor quality. That was the morning after I dropped off 14 shirts. When I that evening to get my clothes they were not done and no one called me. The following day 48 hours in I returned to find only 2 of my shirts were warable. I had stains on 4 of 12 shirts had stains on the shirts that were not there before I brought it in. 12 of 12 the collars were pressed poorly. I complained to the district manager (who still hasn't called me back after a left a message on the Fourth go around). On the 4th try I still had the same issues.
