Now when I'm asking to her do some alterations on three shirts, she said she "wasn't professional enough" to accept them. She gives explanations like "too hard" or "too much work" and I'm left feeling like she just doesn't want my business. It's unfortunate since she is my neighborhood cleaners and tailor.

Instead of helping, the owner claimed I must have left them at home. When I asked her to please check if they were hanging somewhere--even specifying they were Banana Republic size 32/30--she didn't even bother to look. This was a brand-new suit that had only been worn once. This is absolutely not how you treat long-time customers. Her ignorance and total lack of care left me incredibly upset and frustrated. When I went in with 2 dresses to get buttons replaced for both of them, the girl at the front who is very young, acted sort of clueless, and said she would have to wait till the manager gets back to see if the buttons were available. Keep in mind it's freezing cold out to commute, so I was leaving my dresses there, not sure if they'd even be able to be taken care of. She said that they would text me if they did not have the buttons. I dropped those dresses off on a Wednesday, the pick up day was assigned to be Saturday. I get a text on Saturday saying that they don't have the buttons. Waiting 3 days to notify me that they did not have the buttons, not professional or considerate to the customer's time at all. It's one thing to not have the buttons in stock and not be able to check for them / see what can be done when the customer comes in, but to make them wait until the pick up day, and only text them on the official pick up day that you do not have the buttons is actually ridiculous and unprofessional. You should at least message or call the customer to make them aware soon after they came in, a day or two after is acceptable. Don't make the customer wait until the actual pick up day, as I thought I would be getting the dresses fixed. Had I known this is going to be this unprofessional, I would've dropped my dresses off elsewhere so they would've been ready for me in time. The other employees are mostly polite enough, but I don't know the name of the very young girl who works there, she was very quiet, and not knowing how to do her job. I won't be coming back here as a result of this.

I noticed when I got home and took it in a few days later explaining that the stains weren't there before and if they could please fix it. They explained this was not them but they would fix it. The same thing happened to my boyfriend with having his come back with yellow stains. They were able to fix his shirt, but they were not able to fix mine. I sadly paid for this and now my shirt is ruined. Please don't take your whites here, it seems this has happened to many people.

I met with four tailors who said they could not make the alterations as the lace was too delicate and they didn't want it to tear with no spare material. I took the dress to Adan and he was able to do it with no problem. He was timely and it was a fair price. Adan is very friendly and kind as well. He's very skilled and I got the sense he really enjoys his work -- a great combination. Highly recommend his services!

They returned it a completely different color. It went from white to tan. I brought it back in and they did attempt to redo the cleaning but made it worse! I do not know how this can happen, as it had never happened before but there was no level of sympathy from the owner nor was there another attempt to correct the situation. My family of 6 and I have been loyal customers but will now search for a new cleaners. We understand that these are difficult times that we are experiencing but a little customer service goes a long way. Treat others as you'll like to be treated.
