They smelled not clean, but rather like they had been in someone's closet or bedroom for weeks, creating a unique must that can only be described as someone else's scent. It literally feels like I stole the shirt of a mall cologne salesman and put it on. Not a bad smell, but just a persons smell, NOT AT ALL a laundry clean smell. It smells like someone else's scent straight up. I could not even get through the day at the office without someone asking me if I bought new cologne. I smell like the owners house/cologne. Not good at all. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have been to countless dry cleaners and have never ever in my life had them SMELL after being cleaned.

Secondly I don't care if the shirt was from Walmart, if we take it to get dry cleaned without a hole and then get it back and the arm of the shirt is ripped with a huge hole that's beyond repair I'd expect an apology or an offer to fix it AT THE VERY LEAST. This was not done. In fact they blamed my husband. We have been in this neighborhood for a long time and will make sure to tell all of our neighbors to never go here. The owner is rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. Do not spend your money here.

There is ample parking out front, plenty of space inside to wait around or fold clothes, and a couple vending machines to satisfy your appetite. My favorite part is that all the machines are high quality and take credit card. It's so nice to not have to hoard cash for trips here, just swipe and go! There are also plenty of machines, so I've never had a problem with availability. Both the left and right walls are completely filled with dryers, so there are always plenty of empties to choose from. While there isn't a ton of stuff to do in the immediate area, I have been able to pop over to a neighboring Vietnamese restaurant for dinner while waiting. There's also a gas station across the street. Overall, I like coming here and feel like my clothes get well-cleaned every time!

I told them it is a cheap, medium sized rug, and they told me it would be around 20 dollars so I brought the rug right over to the place and reconfirmed with the girl at the cashier that it will be around 20 dollars. She told me it would be ready in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, I got a call from them saying that the rug is ready for pick up but the cost is $150. They told me it was originally $200 but they bargained it down to $150. I was completely dumbfounded and asked them why they told me it would cost $20 when I was dropping it off. The owner's response was that the girl is "just a worker" and doesn't know about pricing. I told her that I will not pay $150 for dry cleaning a $90 rug, and insisted that I would have either thrown it out or cleaned it myself if I knew it would cost that much. She asked me if they should throw away the rug then and I told them to do so. So there goes my rug and I learned a valuable lesson not to go back to this place ever again.
