When I wanted to wash my mom's large only-fits-in-a-commercial-washer bedspread, I wasn't looking forward to it. This place is a treat. It's clean, bright, a lot of machines, almost all of them work (those that don't are clearly marked as such), instructions posted on all of the dryers. (Great for me - I probably would have ruined Mom's blankie otherwise.) I think the prices are fair, and the staff is wonderful. I clearly had no idea what I was doing, and the gentleman offered a number of tips (bigger machine, small amount of soap, when to add it, what to look for) and was very nice about it. When it was done (it hadn't been washed in so long, it was a slightly different color, which was great - it looks new again), the woman there generously offered to help me fold it. All told, a very pleasant afternoon. Afternoon? No, an hour. About 30 minutes each for wash and dry. Even if I could get it into a home washer, it would never be washed and dried that quickly. I'll be back for my next major laundry job. I have a big bedspread, too, and a dog, so it should be soon.

On the flip side though,the staff definitely try to accommodate you as much as possible... For instance, I lost my card, well someone picked it up, and the lady who worked there went as far as to have the owner review the cameras when he came in... Luckily after asking around the guy returned it before having to go through all of that 1st... Overall I do feel safe there, but could there be a few adjustments, by all means... Yesterday evening as at…read more5pm we put our stuff in the wash, after 30 mins we put our stuff in the dryer to only to be informed immediately after by the store owner that the place was closing because only us and one other customer were the only ones in the facility. It was 5:30pm and wasn't suppose to close until 9pm. My husband said if he refunds him the money he'll take the laundry out, the man told him "that's not how it works" and that he's the owner so if he wants to tell them to leave, he can. The lack of proper communication about the change in operating hours was frustrating, rude and not handled properly whatsoever. What made the situation worse was the unhelpful responses from the store owner. Despite the inconvenience caused by their abrupt closure, he refused to refund our money and It's disappointing when businesses prioritize their convenience over customer satisfaction. Our mannerisms were kind to only receive a very negative attitude. I hope the management takes steps to improve communication and customer service in the future. This experience left us with a negative impression, and we would caution others to be aware of potential operational changes when considering this laundromat. PS. He turns off the coin machine and wants to see your laundry to make sure you're using it at his store before giving you change for the machines. When washing, there was no water in the machine. The attendant told me that's how the machines work. The water absorbs into the blankets. While I understand that a certain amount of the water will absorb into the blanket, there should be a residual amount of the water that is just inside the machine and there was none. When the spin cycle started you would expect that the water absorb into the blankets would be extracted and you would see the water come out but during the spin cycle there was barely any water extracted which means that there was only enough water released from the washing machine to dampen the blankets. I asked the attendant for a refund and she told me she could not. I asked for the number of the owner and she gave me a number that doesn't work. It goes straight to voicemail and hangs up without allowing you to leave a message. I asked her when an owner would be in for me to talk to and she told me she didn't know. Do not go to this laundromat because they are only trying to save themselves money so you will be charged to partially clean your clothes if at all.

Every time I need to wash a lot of things, I've come across not enough washers. All their machines are front load triple load. $6.50. The dryers are $1.00 for one hour. The machines are in good shape. I needed to choose hot on 2 of the loads..both wash and dry. I've been places where they run out of hot water..not here. The dryers were truly hot as well. The plaza that it's in is a multi business plaza..so there's lots of traffic, but there's always parking close to the Laundromat.
