At least half of everything is out of order here. The prices are $4.50 for 1 load and go up to $9.50 for their ONE larger machine that can supposedly do 6 loads of laundry. I spent $40 here on 8 loads of laundry, for that price you'd think they could at LEAST sweep the floors or restock their vending machine? The water inside of it is so old is completely collapsed! Place does the job, obviously, but definitely not worth the pricing. Also they use a card reader, so make sure you bring change, because if you don't the machine doesn't give change back. read more

this laundromat is so rundown at least 15 washing machines seven dryers completely broke no toilet seat on the toilet and when you go to wash your hands, the fixture actually is leaking all over the sink. Truly gross and disgusting. read more

whatever money you put into the "card machine" in order to get any laundry machine to work, will be gone. That is you will not be able to get any change back after you do your wash. I had $12.00 remaining in my card after washing and drying my clothes. When I politely asked for my change back he dodged my question and then swore at me! If this is the new owner, he is not a nice person to talk with. Oh, and by the way the dryers all take $1.75 no matter how little you have to be dried. poor place to go now compared to previous ownership! read more

This place is beyond ridiculous! 4 loads of laundry washing and drying you're looking at no joke 40 - 50 dollars. They also don't take coins or money but you have to prepay their own card and whatever money is left over basically belongs to them. I am appalled by the nerve of this dirty place read more

Love the service here. We use the laundry pick up/drop off service and could not be happier. Taking rugs, comforters, etc. is such a headache. I love the option to contact Busy B to eliminate the hassle. read more

Found this place searching for a Laundromat close by. Apparently under new ownership, there is new flooring installed versus the old tile flooring and while not spotless; it's reasonably clean versus some other laundromat(s) I have visited in the past. Like another person mentioned, it's a bit pricey (the reason I took off a star): -Very Large Electrolux washer up front runs $7.75 for a 30 min wash (think king size comforter). -Large Speed Queen washers throughout run $5.25 for a wash -Regular Size Top Load Speed Queen washers (think home sized washer) run $3.00 per load. -All dryers were running 25 cents per 7 minutes of drying time. There's a single restroom; as well as a couple vending machines for drinks and snacks as well. Good number of washing machines & dryers on site for regular loads of clothes all the way up to the very large washer(s) for oversized blankets/comforters. I only noticed one of the smaller washers being "out of order" at the time I visited. They also have free Wi-Fi and apparently offer laundry service as well. I was here middle of the week/middle of the day with about 5 other people and it didn't feel crowded. Nice place if you need to wash some clothes/bedding in the South Suburbs. I'd return and recommend. read more

I just spent 3 hours doing laundry for my family of 5 at this laundromat because I was backed up on laundry and thought it would be easier just to knock it all out. The washers seemed to work ok from what I could tell, but the dryers did not! Two of them didn't work, one would get warm and it sounded like it was working but didn't. The other one didn't do anything but take my money. Another customer was there and he put money in 4 dryers before he got one that worked and he lost the money in all 4. When I took my clothes out of the dryer, some of them were still dirty. I didn't overstuff them in the washer machine earlier. One blanket I washed still had an odor to it. On top of all of that, it was very hot outside and about an hour before they closed, the fans stopped working in there and the AC must have turned off because it was extremely hot in there. It was actually cooler outside than inside at that point. The lights turned off about 10 minutes before they closed. I get that it was closing time, but they could have at least waited until 10:00. So essentially I spent 3 hours, and $80 doing laundry after working 10 hours to just have to go home and rewash some of them anyway. Not cool! read more

Friendly ownership, nice people that go there. Free wifi so I can work while I'm here. Cable Tvs, snack and drink machines and a few tables to sit at. Machines all work great, it is a little pricey though. read more

It is just before 3pm on a Sunday afternoon and only two other people are here, yes! There are plenty of machines that all seem to be in working order after my initial walk through. There are snack and drink machines that seem to be well stocked, plus an array of magazines offered which is nice. I will absolutely come back, very clean, newer machines and reasonably priced. read more

I have noticed how clean and well maintained this laundromat is on the occasions I was in there with large items. In response to the current virus and my concerns for the laundry area I share with 3 other apartments, I decided to try this laundry service to reduce exposure to germs others leave behind. Bernard picked my laundry up yesterday and dropped it off this morning! WOW, my laundry never looked this good and I mean that. Professionally folded and sealed in plastic. This so very affordable, easy and fast. I wish I had found this sooner. Bernard is a trustworthy professional and I am planning to continue doing business with him. I highly recommend him. read more

Very nice laundromat! Very clean and all the machines were in working order. The change machine was full the snack machine was full, unfortunately the drink machine was out of order lol. I was thirsty after eating two bags of fresh reasonably priced chips from the snack machine! I used the 50 pound washer to clean my oversized quilted king-size bedspread. It was $7, and It was only half full. I am so glad I found this laundromat because the other two that were New Lenox closed a long time ago, and both of them were filthy! read more

I recently brought a king size comforter and sheet set to this laundromat for a drop off service. I trusted this business to take care of my personal belongings as if they were their own and that didn't happen. Upon pick up of my comforter I seen a random toddler size sock that didn't belong to me packaged with my comforter and visible on the outside of the packaging. There was a tear in the packaging and therefore a rip in my comforter. To top it all off I had bright orange stains all over my comforter and sheet set that will cost $250+ to replace. The owner of the business who was notified of this event tried to say that the stains must have been on the comforter when we brought them in and he refused to fix the comforter or sheet set or reimburse for any damages. Not only did he refuse to recognize any wrong doing and completely lie about stains and a rip his laundromat created but did not offer to pay for 1 penny of damages. The owner of this establishment is unprofessional, not honest, and plain rude. I've never experienced customer service so terrible. Please do not trust this business with your hard earned personal belongings. You will be sorry. read more
