The ladies that work here are really nice, but a few of them are nit-picky and particular. They will correct you if you try to over-load or over-suds the machines. (I saw this happen one time a few months ago and a guy went off on the very nice woman. She said to him that the machines break too frequently and it's her job to make sure that it doesn't happen. I'm pretty sure he mumbled an expletive but she looked at me and just rolled her eyes.) I understand where they're coming from though cause I hate showing up with a bunch of broken machines. One of the ladies even informed me that doing one $5.00 HE load is equivalent to doing 3 regular washing machines full at $2.00 each ($6.00 total) so I've been saving $1.00 every time I come in. Woohoo! I've learned to avoid Sunday mornings and afternoons if at all possible. I've come throughout the week in the mornings and they're pretty busy but not as bad as Sundays. The ultimate best time to come is on Friday and Saturday nights. They are absolutely dead and it'll just be you and the laundromat employee. They also recently upgraded and there's flat screen TVs and a whole new wall of dryers. Score! Perks: there's also a Donut King connected to it, so bring 90 cents to grab a donut while you wait. He was there within a half an hour and offered me waters for me and my For Children. Another time I came back just to clothes the service was the same. He was very greeted me at conversations with me and offered me something to drink as soon as I walked in the door. Excellent service. The dryer prices are really affordable. I gave it a 4.5 out of five only because the washing machines are a little dirty.

There is a small 4 person table right when you walk in too. *Performance-Since I only needed a dryer I can only review the dryers. Someone was cleaning a few of them from lint when I walked in. The 2 that I opened were very clean, no lint or leftover stuff. For extremely wet clothes (towels, jeans, t shirts) it took 20 minutes to dry. Probably less for some stuff but for the most part everything was perfectly dry! *Environment-- The people in there were polite. The staff (one person I think) was very polite and seemed to know everyone there. She spent her time sweeping up and cleaning the bathroom. Dryers are efficient at 8 minutes for 60 cents and got a pair of Carhart bibs almost completely dry. If we have the need again we will be back. Also, there were no "chemical" smell that happens when going to the cleaners. They were bagged separately allowing me to store them in each room for the next season. I called a couple days after drop off to see if they were done and the young lady said they had been done the day I'd dropped them off. We got the number corrected in the system, so when I come back there won't be a delay in me picking my items up.

Pros: 1.good amount of large capacity and small capacity…read morewashing machines. 2. Large dryers that cost .39 cents per 10 minutes to dry clothes. 3.Easy to use loadable pay card. 4. Clothes tables and 1 washing sink. The Cons: 1. Washing machines are a bit pricey. $9 charged to my pay card to use the 7 loads capacity washing machine. To make the most of this I was able to fit all of my clothes. 2. To wash separate clothes I used a smaller machine that still charged an extra $6.09 to the card. It adds up quick. 3. The dryers I used only went up to 10 minutes at a time . The first drying cycle was not enough to dry my clothes. 4. The holes inside the dryer are a bit large. One of the metal tips to one of my drawstrings got caught and damaged when pulling the clothes out of the dryer. 5. The pay card screen to load your card is a bit old so it's tricky to get the reader to read your card. It will take a few tries. Over all decent experience. The place is kind of small with limited waiting hairs.
