SUPER CLEAN facility. Plenty of commercial machines to get many loads of laundry done in no time…read more Staff are constantly cleaning the machines and floors. You have to use a debit or credit card at the loyalty card machine to use these machines. Or you can pay with cash but you have to get the loyalty card. It is just easier with the card, I don't mind not having to worry about quarters. None of the machines take quarters or any form of cash anyway. It is a fairly new facility. I have been here on a Saturday morning and it is not too busy. Even if it is busy it is so spacious there are plenty of machines. I like the high top tables and chairs. There are USB plugs and outlets so you can charge your device or use a laptop. The machines are a bit pricy compared to other places but I like the cleanliness. I have lost a pillow here and called the number on the website. A very friendly girl called me back the next day. They have a lost and found but unfortunately my pillow was not recovered. I would come here again as it is so clean.

When I got home I was shocked with how bad the stitch job was. The more I looked the worse it was. This type of fabric shows every screw up so trying to fix it will never look right. I explained this to the man who answered the phone when I called and he insisted I brought it back for them to fix. Honestly, I really didn't trust they would do that much of a better job when they thought it was okay to give the jacket to me like this in the first place. I said I'd prefer a refund but he said they did not do refunds. He was incredibly rude. He even said "ohhh maaa god". He yells at me and tells me not to sue him and I told him I'm not trying to sue him I just want a refund. Weird that he jumped to that right away. Must have happened to him before. I would highly not recommend to get anything altered here and just be aware that if anything goes wrong, you'll find yourself in an argument with this very unprofessional guy. I paid $49 for this by the way. Loose hanging threads and unfinished ends that were not properly fastened off and destroyed fabric. Very messy.
